I've bought many shapewear garments, both regular and casual, but this one is the best! I love how it fits. It has wide, soft boning that doesn't dig into my skin. The elastic is strong but comfortable. I bought it in my usual size and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend it. It's great quality!

This is probably my fourth waist trainer in about 10 years or so... The others I would only wear intermittently due to discomfort mostly and/or sizing just wasn't right. This waist trainer is GREAT, I can wear it for hours without any discomfort, slipping or moving, or rolling up. I work from home and sit often, there's no undoing of the Velcro at all, nor does the backing hurt. It's proving to be very durable as well. I really am liking the adjustability to this. I have a curved spine and most dig in and hurt somewhere..but the way you can adjust this one is brilliant. I use it for some support for my back when it hurts. Various other reasons its been a help to me too, but mostly, it works beyond great by design... questioning if I should have sized down, as i am using the adjustments as tight as I can and not thinking I can go tighter as I slim down.
