I bought this because of being uncomfortable in my plumpness lol... Im so glad I had it!!! I had emergency surgery in my abdomen and of course the surgical wrap/ support (?) had completely failed by the time I was released from the hospital. It only lasted the first 2 weeks and was falling apart when they released me. But I got home and put this trainer on to avoid anything from coming undone from my massive intestonal and stomach surgery. Of course I have it loosened, but its definitely great support with a huge peace of mind knowing that if I trip or something I wont be hurt or no harm will come to me and my 12"s of surgical opening, but moreso my stomach and intestines are totally not being bounced around as im traveling or carrying anything over the 10lb restrictions, ooooops dont do what im doing if your ever in this position... Like I said I'm grateful I had this on hand as I Have to travel, and a lot more than ive been cleared for. But Im being restricted from more than 4 hours of highway driving for the first 8 weeks. Ive been mowing my lawn and traveling way more than my surgeon wants me too and AGAINST all my DOCTORS ADVICE and I probably wouldn't have done without this on me at all, PERIOD... I know Im being protected from bouncing and twisting of my intestines, which almost killed me, hence the surgery.. My surgeon was worried as its really tight, but I didn't buy an extra large to squeeze me to death to begin with. I was advised originally to buy large but reviews guided me to be comfortable and buy the size I was comfortable in so i dud that... Im glad I carefully read the reviews it a good thing. I know most females purposely buy these smaller than they really should to begin with and Im so glad I did not buy the smaller one! Its quite literally the only thing thats kept me safe from harming the 6 hour lifesaving surgery I had to have!!! I will tell you since I've worn it daily and to sleep in fir a month now its built like iron, however I am using it in ways its not designed to be worn, as protection.. Its only holding my guts in place not for a small waste... BECAREFUL NOT TO HARM YOURSELVES BUYING THESE TO SMALL... IM SO GLAD I DID NOT, for all the above reasons. I almost ordered another but bigger to accommodate my healing body... I still may, but do not do what all these crazy women on tic tok are doing trying to have that tiny hourglass figure, you can harm yourself, please trust and believe me on this, i caused more damage to my body (intestines) using similar techniques over many years... Very sturdy doesn’t roll down, and made well, it just doesn’t cause sweating for me. I did read reviews before purchasing and read someone’s stomach broke out in rash and hate to report I have experience the same reaction after a couple days of use.😕

This is a well-made belt with great stretch that easily fits plus sizes, but it is clearly meant for firm torsos without loose skin. The coverage area is only about 10 inches wide, meaning it solely focuses on squeezing the very center of your waist while leaving everything else out. They advertise that you can tuck it under a hanging belly, but when you pull it down to secure the bottom, the center spills right out because there isn't enough material to cover both. If you pull it up, you get skin pushed up under the bust line. If you've lost significant weight and need full torso coverage to actually hold in loose skin on the top and bottom, this won't give you the height or support you need. ... show more
