Ok so I purchased 2 bands because I’m a thick 6ft woman with a very long torso so I expected one wouldn’t suffice and I’m happy I did. With using only one I was able to cover my mid to lower abdomen with no issues but my extra love rolls weren’t at the top. It does the job. Very versatile. This is my first time using a band and it was easy to figure out how to wrap. And it also gives an extra back support. HINT: Before wrapping yourself roll it with the Velcro side facing up. I've really been grateful to have this extra support while recovering from surgery. I don't wear it all the time, but have found it especially helpful for when I'm going out or moving around a lot. I particularly like that it's adjustable. That way, when I'm dealing with gastrointestinal symptoms from my other chronic illnesses, I can wear it a bit looser. Now the cons: It's quite difficult to put on if you're a wheelchair user. Because the elastic is so long and you have to wrap it around yourself so many times, it would be much easier if you could stand up. I'm so freaking happy right now!!! Here's some fun facts and a lil info about my body shape. I'm 350 pounds, 5'5, and have larger belly. I felt gut/stomach muscles I ain't felt in years. It's been 13yrs since I last worked out. I got my gym membership a few weeks ago. And I need something to help hold me in firmly. While I'm working on my fitness journey. It’s just a wide hard and long piece of elastic, like a giant elastic band. I thought it was the kind of wrap that make you sweat. I've been using the FeelinGirl Waist Trainer for a couple months now and I'm thrilled with the results.My cousin who was using it for 1 year, told me about it because she loved its results, with her recommendations I had to make rider it. In my honest opinion (based on my and my cousin’s use) it’s exceptionally effective, especially when combined with the Geyoga Waist Trimmer. It’s sturdy, the elasticity is real strong, sometimes when I forget and wrap it too tight, in the middle of doing something I have to run and loosen it up because it’s like it’s contracting on its own, lol. And I usually combine it with the trimmer which I put on first and then wrap the FeelinGirl bandage over it—this combination amplifies the sweating process. I could feel the sweat dripping onto my under clothing, which assures me it's working hard to target my tummy area. The wrap is comfortable, durable, and easy to adjust, making it perfect for long torso coverage.
