When I pulled this out of the packing I was about to send it back. Was not impressed at all. Then I put it on..... HOLY SQUEEZE BATMAN. I like the adjustable velcro. I am 5'10 and feel this fits me well. I bought a medium. I like also I can wear it higher or lower. When I wore it to workout it stayed in one place and didnt shift around. The only con I can hear the velcro somtimes and dont love that.

Really comfy and easy to use. Covers my whole abdomen area without rolling down. Feels durable with overall thick material and good quality. Not sticky feeling after sweating (personal preference) and pressure helps to prevent cramping when I was running. Velcro makes it easy to vary size from day to day. Worth the purchase for me.

The media could not be loaded. Before I get started, I have to say this is probably one of the best waist trainers I’ve ever had! Although it did flip up a bit by the end of my workout, it endured a full 60-minute session, and that says a lot. I even included the final exercise in my video so you could see it in action. Upon putting it on, I immediately noticed how strong and durable it is. I’m a little over 300 pounds, and it held up beautifully. My true size would’ve been a 4X, but I wanted something that would train my waist, not just fit comfortably, so I went with a 3X. It was definitely a challenge to get on, but once it was in place, it gave me great compression. Now, the only thing I wish is that it were a bit longer. I would’ve loved for it to cover more of the upper back area and that “muffin top.” You kind of have to choose, either pull it up to cover the top or pull it down to shape the lower area. Because of my “tabletop butt” (😂), I knew it would be a challenge, but that’s not a complaint, just body reality! The hard wiring helps it stay in place, but after a lot of movement, especially arm work, it does shift a little. Even then, it stays tight around the abdomen the entire time, which is exactly what you want from a waist trainer. Overall, I have to say: this is the best one I’ve found, even over 50 years old and after trying many others. It’s sturdy, tight, and truly does its job. FeelinGirl, you did an amazing job with this design I just hope you consider making a longer version for those of us with a little more to love! Thumbs up all the way! 👏🏽💪🏽

I’ve been using this waist trainer for about 6 months, and I absolutely love it! I started wearing it after having a baby to help with posture and to support my workouts, and it has made a noticeable difference. The fit is comfortable, it doesn’t dig into my skin, and it stays in place during exercise. I feel more supported throughout the day, and it’s also helped me feel more confident in my shape.
