I am thrilled these shoes not only look great, but are comfortable as well. I was desperate for a pair of last minute comfortable shoes to wear to an event. A few years ago I had bought a pair of what became my standby pair of shoes to take when going out of town : black, knit flats with pointed toes. They comfortable to wear as slippers or casually around the hotel or house of whomever I was visiting, looked elegant enough to wear with skirts and dresses when I needed to look nice, and rolled up like ballet flats to be thrown in a bag as backup shoes is there another pair of become uncomfortable or damaged. Best of all they were avcheap impulse buy from Walmart, of all places. I never been able to find another pair at Walmart and have failed to find a single pair of similar shoes to replace them with since. I believe I have bought six pairs of knit, fabric flats since those and every , single one of them gave me blisters within an hour. The problem is usually the seam at the back of the heels or somewhere else are rough. They either use some type of stiff, nylon thread at the seams, finish the raw edges with a hard glue-like "fray stop", or are so poorly constructed that something is sewn wrong causing an area of abrasion . I had about given up, but was desperate for last minute pair of shoes in a lighter color to go with the dress I was wearing to an event and couldn't find anything locally. After looking endlessly on Amazon I came across these and decided to give them a shot. They arrived late, but just in time the for the second day of the event and amazingly they both fit well and were able to be worn all night without blisters. Are they as comfy as the pair I've been trying to find a replacement for? Nope. But they are suitably comfortable for an inexpensive pair of shoes with no support. O The biggest issue was I immediately could tell the cheap insoles. I knew they would make my feet sweat and wouldn't last, so I threw in a spare pair of insole liners and bought leather ones next week when I realized these shoes were real keepers. I need to buy another couple pairs of other colors. A comfortable, versatile slipper shoe it's a lot harder to find then I had thought. I am awfully glad I found these.

I work fully remote and go into the NYC office a couple times per year. I had these shipped to my friends house in Williamsburg before my flight. The next day, I took them out of the box, put them on, and went on to commute to my office in manhattan. It was super hot that day and was profusely sweating to and from work, but not once did I ever think “my feet are killing me.” It is the perfect shoe for people who commute on foot. Not a single blister, nor any aches or pains. And mind you, i take comfort very seriously. Not only are they comfortable, but they are so chic too. They will dress up any outfit you wear. I ended up wearing them to the wedding in Rhode Island I was attending that same weekend. Super durable, such a great value. Fit true to size

I was looking for a pair of black shoes that wouldn't be ruined if I got caught in a summer rainstorm. I took a chance on the Semwiss flats because a reviewer had said the heel was slightly indented to help it stay on your foot -- I had just sent back two pair I'd tried from other Amazon vendors that just didn't work. I'm a longtime size 9, and the Semwiss shoes fit perfectly. I paid full price for my first pair, then caught flash sales to purchase two more colors (green, which is actually almost a deep teal, and orange) for under $20/pair. They fit just as well as the black ones. The only problem I had was with my fourth pair -- in beige. They were slightly too small, and I noticed that the number on the sole was "41" instead of the "42" on my earlier pairs. I figured someone had accidentally shipped the wrong size, but when the exchange arrived it was also a 41. I then ordered a half size up -- to a 9.5 -- and bingo! They sent me a 42, which fit perfectly. These shoes are affordable and well made -- they are very flat, but very comfortable. I now own four pair, and if they were offered in navy blue I would order that color as well.

I love these shoes. They’re so comfortable, affordable, accurate sizing and definitely breathable. However, be advised that these shoes make your feet STINK. Like I shower daily, always wash my feet at the end of the day, and they still reek. Super cute though.

I love these. They are stylish and comfortable. I had no issues walking in them. I have narrow feet which this style wouldn’t be recommended for a wider foot but you can try it and always return it. They fit true to size. I love the material and the color. There easy to wash and I recommend them

I have always struggled to find a comfortable and supportive flat to wear to work. I have a high arch and finding flats that support it without an additional insert is so hard. I ordered a pair of these and they are the best flats I’ve ever owned. The support is amazing, they are super comfy, stylish, and affordable. I walk a lot during the day and my feet are never sore after wearing these all day. They have a good grip and have lasted without wear for several months. I have them in several colors/patterns and they look cute with jeans, slacks, skirts, and dresses. Perfect wardrobe staple!

I wish Semwiss would make these shoes in a real richer looking brown color. This is labeled orange but it is more like rust color. Couldn't coordinate it with anything in my closet so I returned it. It's a comfortable flat but you can see your toes/bones through the fabric more than you would expect due to the lighter color. I have the black ones of the same style and they are much better and the color hides the see through flex in the fabric itelf. Still would recommend the shoe itself, but not this orange (aka rust) color.
