Fit & Adjustability Sizing: I ordered the Size L (fitting my 36-inch waist), and the sizing chart is spot on. There is enough "overlap" on the primary Velcro attachment to allow for a very secure base layer. Dual-Tension Straps: The secondary adjustment straps are where this brace shines. They allow you to dial in the exact amount of "snugness" needed. I found that I could loosen them for general walking and then cinch them tight for heavy lifting or repetitive bending. This brace has really helped the bad discs in my back. The only issue i have is the front side, where the velcro is, keep rolling down. That may be something on my part, because I am a larger man. Besides that, I highly recommend this brace.
