TL;DR My driver's side window regulator broke, I ordered this to fix it. It works perfectly, 10/10 would recommend. 2/10 would not recommend removing the previous window regulator, lol, but that has mothing to do with this. My driver's side window regulator gave way after a short cruise on a cool summer's day that evoked Hotel California vibes, I got home and went to roll it up, and it stopped about 4" short and then started grinding. I tried to let off and go again, it just kept grinding. I rolled it down a bit (a mistake) it went down a tiny bit but wouldn't go back up. I tried to pull it up by hand (also a mistake) it then fell down into the door. I then covered the window, went inside and ordered this. I got the part the day after the night I ordered it; I installed it the next afternoon. I had to first remove the previous regulator, which also required about 30 minutes of fineagling. But once that was bedruggedly over with, the new part was really quick to install and had very clear instructions. It does in fact come with a new motor built in, I had looked in the description and I couldn't find out whether or not it did in fact have a motor. My window motor was dying, so this was the perfect replacement for the old motor. I was able to install this quickly and easily. My only complaint was that this didn't come with the nuts that match its bolts - this was a problem because apparently my old motor used non-standard nuts, so I ended up having to zip over to the junkyard to get some matching bolts to use with this kit. However, if your existing nuts are correct, then you won't have any issues installing this! Would recommend! ... show more
