Grateful I no longer have time to take a nap waiting for the window to cycle up. I am going to say that the build quality is better than OEM. Purchased for the passenger side of my 2000 Chevy Silverado LT. The biggest pain in the arse was removing the door panel to access the unit. Once it was removed, installation took less than 10 mins. Removed the old regulator (Tape the window in the up position before removal!), and the replacement was installed in exact reverse order, no alterations needed. Speed of lowering and raising the window is pretty much cut in half. As any Silverado owner can tell you, these windows have gotten sloooow over the years. I am impressed with the speed and could swear it is faster and quieter than the OEM was new. I was just going to wait until the driver's side finally gave up the ghost but am now going to go ahead and replace it based on the result of this purchase.
