Update: the manufacturer has reached out and offered a replacement set of earbuds. I am impressed with this level of support, so will be sticking with this brand. Original review: I got them as a test to see how I liked fully cordless buds. I do like them. Trouble is that they started to have a problem after 3 and a half months. They are now randomly jumping to the next podcast episode as if I tapped the right side bud. Work fine if I just use the left bud. Might need to spend a bit more for some better made buds now.

I wish the earbuds or case were designed just a little different so I wouldn't struggle to get them out after each charge. Also it took me forever to figure out the controls since there are no buttons or instructions. Each side senses when it's touched for a full second or for 3 and skips a song as an example. However if I'm wearing a t-shirt and stretch my arms up I will inadvertently touch one side or the other with an arm and skip or restart a song.
