I am obsessed with this board! It is a thoughtful design, the strap for the paddle is one of my favorite features. Perfect for sun bathing keeping the board clear and the peace of mind that you won't lose the paddle. I have used it 5 times now. 1 time as a paddle board, it was great. the extra width and length provide plenty of stability. I never felt like I was going to fall off even with crazy wake. I do have good balance but even for a beginner I can see it being a great option. My only issue is the foot rest for the kayak mode. It is unrealistic and impossible to put on. I prefer using the board as a kayak so I can move around easier and faster. I will set it up with the set and everything except the foot rest and it works great. I can even sunbath on it with the kayak mode by moving the set to the back D-rings (the ones that attach the back bungees) and there is plenty of space. Having front and back bungees is great especially when you have 2 people on the board. I have taken my small 12 lbs dog out on it, no problem. I also took a friend on it and we were very comfortable! This is a nice package deal for a beginner, it has everything you need to get on the water and seems to be nice quality. We have used it as a kayak 2 times now. I deducted a star because the non-slip padding that is glued to the top of the seat cushion is not adhered properly, it was like this new out of the package, before we used it. It’s not bad enough to hassle with return, but I suspect it will continue to peel off and become uncomfortable. Sadly, Amazon has no way to just contact the seller about this, only return the product. ... show more

Love it! Selling my hard sit on kayak since this one had the optional seat! And the back rest is amazingly comfortable! I'm new to paddle boards but this one was worth it to me. And the back pack carries everything with a little space left over for a towel and extra set of cloths if needed. Will likely be getting a battery pump though 20 minutes with the hand pump and my arms were dead, but that's a me problem. ... show more
