    • BUY THIS TREE!
Color: Greige
Review Image by Kristy
I’ve had this cat tree for a month now and my only regret is not buying it sooner. Seriously the price is sooo good and it’s really good quality cat tree. We only have one cat and he’s 8 lbs so not big but it works great for him. My absolute favorite thing is we’re able to hide his liter box in it. So genius! We used to have his liter box in our laundry room and he would always make a huge mess. He would kick his liter and poop all over the walls and was just so messy. So I didn’t actually think this tree would work for us to put the liter box in but omg it’s been amazing. I think bc it’s a small space, he no longer throws his liter and poop everywhere. Like it stays so clean in there (of course I clean it every day but I have so much less to clean now). HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CAT TREE! **** TIP FOR BUILDING **** I wish they put this in the instructions but you can choose whichever side to put the cat door to enter the bottom part! I followed instructions and put it on the wrong side so I had to disassemble a bunch of it to redo it to put it on the side that worked best for us. So check your space and pick which side you want the cat door on before building! (Side note: it’s extremely easy to build this cat tree. I did it on my own in less than an hour) ... show more

    • Decent
Color: Rustic Brown
The directions for assembly could be better, like a lot better, but if you can pay attention to the small details in the pictures you'll probably be okay, I really recommend getting this if you have your own good tools to use rather than using the tools included because there are lots of little pieces. My boyfriend put this together and it took him a few hours, which was longer than we both expected it to take. All that said, once put together it's a nice cat tree. My cat spends a lot of time on it looking out the window and napping in the sun. The litter box entrance is well positioned so he is comfortable going in and out of it, we did decide to leave the sliding doors off at first while the cat got used to it and put them on a few days apart. It's very sturdy and seems like it's mostly good quality. My only complaint is that the back panel of the cabinet is a much flimsier and soft piece of particle board and isn't nearly as sturdy as the other cabinet pieces. We decided to purchase a piece of plastic or tarp to add a little extra protection to the back panel so if any urine happens to get on it, it will be more protected, although that hasn't been an issue for our cat but it might be for others. Overall we are happy with the purchase, and would recommend it especially for the price range. Make sure to set aside a few hours (3-4) for assembly, and I really do recommend some sort of extra protection for the back panel to avoid urine absorption. Make sure to read every step of the directions carefully before you begin assembling it, preferably a couple times. It would be totally possible to put together yourself but was certainly much easier with two people. ... show more

    • Easy to assemble!

This was one of the easiest things I have ever put together. The instructions were very clear. I usually have trouble putting things together but I took my time and followed the manual. It took me a little over an hour. I introduced my cats to it and they seem to like it. I also like the fact that it saves space. I used to have a separate litter box in a cabinet and a separate cat tree. I moved and needed more space. It's perfect! ... show more

    • Has some flaws in the design. Not safe.

3 stars because it looks nice but it has a couple of danger zones. The four fabric covered posts are not safe. My cat tried to scratch one and his nail went through the fabric and cardboard causing his nail to get stuck! He started screaming and I had to slowly pull his nail out. If I wasn’t home, I have no doubt, he would have broken his front leg. I ended up replacing the 4 posts with 4 PCS 7.4cm 2.91 in Diameter Cat Scratching Post Replacement Sisal Pole (30cm/11.81 in, M8) these are sold on Amazon. They were a perfect fit. The other problem with this tree is the sharp corners on the platforms. I may have to sand those down or find corner covers. Overall, it looks really nice and sturdy and the cats like it. However, there were too many flaws, so not a great buy. (Here’s a photo of the some of the posts I replaced and the sharp corners.) ... show more
