The media could not be loaded. I just assembled it. It was easy to make. There are no word instructions. It is all photos but I was able to follow. My cat was playing with the stuff before I had it all made. And he was already taking naps and biting it. It looks very good and if you need to wash the fluffy fuzzy parts those are all detachable so it’s easy to clean besides the scratching post one. It’s not overly wide either. I also like that it comes with replacement fuzzy balls. For the top part. Now all the poles are supposed to stick up. I just have one sticking down because he likes to play with it in the hammock. And I like the fact that you can take those out and use it as a regular toy.

I love this cat tree and cat box hider! I’ve had it about 3 months and my kitten has easily learned how to use it and enjoys every part of it! He likes to rub on the soft parts and scratch the posts! He sleeps in the little sack and on the top. He has played with the fuzzy toys on top so much that one of them he did physically rip apart. But I love that you can put other cat toys in the hole because they’re removable! It’s super easy to wipe down and to put together. It’s the perfect size and is super stable on the ground! Such a good deal, definitely buy it for your fur baby!

I see why some people say it’s difficult to put together. However, I can guarantee you that anyone can do it alone as long as they go slow & carefully read each direction. As well as, set aside like 5-6 hours to build it. Despite that, it’s actually quite sturdy & holds my 5 month old void really well despite him launching himself at it within mere seconds of getting it halfway built. Would I recommend it for bigger cats? Probably not so if you have a big boy who’s either fat or just really huge like a main coon, I suggest you fork over the cash to make your own. And I also wouldn’t recommend this for more than max 2 light weight cats. Per safety reasons & in good conscience I really wouldn’t allow a huge main coon cat & another fat cat to play on here. Now I can agree with others that quality control seems to be iffy because with my purchase & building of said tower, the hammock wasn’t sewn correctly, the entry/exit hole isn’t centered & the bit that holds the pompom sticks seem to have been haphazardly cut to make holes for said sticks with the fur being hot glued on. But they did give me extra of everything I needed & even added extra pompoms. Which I suggest you switch them out to because the ones that come on the sticks have itty bitty bells sewn on & if you have a cat like mine who likes to “murder” their toys & swallow whatever that looks like food to them, it’s a safety hazard. Now as pertaining to maintenance/cleaning, if your cat sprays or likes to scoot back all the way up to a wall to poop. DO NOT BUY THIS. After a couple of weeks having this & seeing another reviewer state the MDF board the manufacturer uses swells when water or chemicals are used to wipe down the inside. I can fully agree that it isn’t recommended if your cat does the aforementioned things. However since I’m lucky & my cat is really well behaved it won’t be a problem for you if your cat is well behaved as well pertaining to potty time. I just recommend NO CHEMICALS to clean & a rag with a small dollop of soap & wrung out water with an additional rag with just wrung out water. To lightly clean the inside & invest in a small dust pan. And since I’m very particular about any animal items intended for someone’s pets who are cherished loved ones, I like to see the reasons a company has decided to make their items. And I was taken by surprise to read the little card that came with the package explaining the reason behind the start of the company. And I can see they whole heartedly do believe in whats best for your fur baby because the box that this tower is shipped in can be cut into a little “summer cat house”. And I most certainly made the box into such & my void has such a fun time diving into it through the top. All in all, it’s a great product that has quality control issues that isn’t the companies fault, and more than likely to do with the manufacture where everything’s gets packed & pre-made.

I have bought a Feandrea Cat Tree in the past and loved it. My cats love it and still use it. I thought I'd get them another one, so I chose this one. It looks nice, but I don't like it as much as the previous one. This one seemed a lot harder to put together because of the litter box enclosure. It was HEAVY getting the box in the house. Either I didn't put it together right, or there weren't enough holes drilled into one of the panels because I cannot install the doors to it. It's okay, I've decided to just put a cat bed in there, but it's a little annoying. Two other things I don't like about this cat tree: I don't like how the top flat part is half the size of the previous tree I had; there's barely any room for my adult cats to sit on it, let alone lay down. The other thing I don't like is that the furry parts attach to the tree by velcro. The previous tree I had had the carpeted parts glued to the tree, with no need for velcro. I feel like this is a little dangerous if a cat jumps on it and the velcro doesn't stay on. Another thing is that some of the edges of the wood are too sharp. I actually took a nail file and sanded down a couple of the edges because I was afraid my cats would get injured if they ran into it. All in all, it's a nice-looking, sturdy tree and I do like Feandrea, but I would choose a different style of theirs, if I had it to do over again.
