I waited a while before reviewing as I wanted to make it knowledgeable in facts. I have to say, this is a great quality item. It came fast, well within the shipping window, with all of the boxes delivered at the same time. Each piece assembled easy and the pleather is thick, durable, soft, and beautiful. I have a short term rental and I placed this in the game room in a locked U sectional formation. This was easy using the provided hardware. The only problem I have is that people eat on the sofa and crumbs want to make their way in between the locked sections. To eliminate this I bought a nice and wide 6" roll of black tape to match the pleather and covered the cracks between the pieces. It looks just fine and does the trick. Another issue is the corners of the couch when making a sectional. There is no attachment to the top. It is all on the bottom so the back pieces come apart at the corners as others have commented. If it bothered me enough I would try to fix it but not so much for now. Overall, this is a beautiful couch that sits comfortably. I love the extra storage below each seat that I place out of season pillows, blankets, etc. It was a very wise purchase and I'm truly happy with it. Cleaning is a simple as taking a moist cloth and wiping down. I do use a leather/vinyl cleaner every once in a while as well. ... show more

I bought a condo with an awkwardly shaped small landing upstairs. Measured carefully and fit sections of this couch in. It looks like a built in! Buttery soft and durable after 6 months. Great storage in each section to keep all the video games and stuff in. This is a perfect sit and prop your feet sort of couch. Low profile support in back but my tall sons like it for gaming. Only negative for some might be that is it is NOT comfortable to sleep on for more than a short nap due to framework on sides of each section. But we use our other couch for that. Great buy for us! I love this couch for my small, awkwardly shaped living room. I was able to tailor a couch to my space without spending a fortune. And all the pieces are replaceable. It’s comfortable, visually appealing, and easy to assemble. I highly recommend if you have a difficult space and a small budget. I do recommend the cloth couch if you have cats that won’t stay off the furniture. Easiest piece of furniture I have ever had to assemble. It came in 6 boxes across two shipments via FedEx. Arrived on time and despite being a 5'2" (not very strongly built) woman I was able to bring each box up two flights of stairs to my apartment. The boxes are not heavy but because of their sizes I ended up rolling them up the stairs. Then came assembly, which was super easy and intuitive. There are instruction manuals in each box but honestly you only need to look at them once and repeat the steps for each module. The faux leather quality is great. My medium-sized dog's nails have so far not been able to scratch the surface. It is also very comfortable to sit/nap on. Not too soft or too firm. The material feels soft and cool against your skin and I had a great nap on it the other day. If you are looking for a comfortable and durable faux leather modular couch then go for it. ... show more

Not every box has instructions, my instructions were in the side arm box in the zippered pouch. HOWEVER, it was pretty easy to assemble. Wooden legs come with plastic washer and just screw into the base. Hook holes line up perfectly and base plates used to connect bottom of back rest and side arms lined up great. Luckily found the installation manual to get that done. Comes will all tools and wrenches to assemble....Plus lots of extra pieces for backup. Connection to keep sectionals together are done via a two peg steel bracket that goes into the holes on the bottom piece when you lift up the seat cushions. Each sectional has storage under the seat cushion. Overall, for the money it is worth it.. Especially if the run a sale like ~$250 off!! ... show more
