Bought 1, will write another review or edit this one whether or not the battery is good, or if the package even shows up (real person cause I don't trust stupid scammers LMAOAOO) Edit: so yes bike showed up and yes it's fast, 1 no choice but either full throttle or non, 2 it can survive a car crash LMAO ik sounds dumb but I was going 20+ when guy runs into me, I'm fine and bike perfect 👌 js the chain fell off Edit 2: reading some of these reviews and it looks like I was one of the only one's to get a good one, I believe they don't all have the same quality because mine works perfectly with a little tuning, I personally have had no issues but BE WARY BUYING THE BIKE, as not all of them are working and u may need to return it, mine is ok but it isn't a guarantee u get a working one.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!! I am not sure where I even should begin. Let's start with the first thing I noticed The front forks were bent. so much so it was impossible to get the front tire on and it be straight which meant it also did not fit into the brakes in the front. The entire front end was compromised. Maybe this happened under shipping? So I decided to dig a little bit deeper. The back tire would not spin because the brakes in the back did not align with the disc (this is a pre-installed part) you would think they would have turned the tire to make sure it worked. I had plugged the battery into charge and it never fully charged by the time I was done and ready to throw this thing in the trash. When I unplugged it and picked up the charger I burnt myself. The charger was that hot (cheap) I am glad it did not catch on fire and burn down my home. The rear light on the bike that goes underneath the back of the seat did not only not have hardware but also the cord was not long enough so you cannot even attach the light to where is supposed to be mounted It is basically nonoperable. I thought wow I really need to dig even deeper in this and see how horrible this is so I started looking at the parts for the fenders, they didn't come with the hardware or the brackets to attach them. I have been working on bikes my entire life and have never seen so many missing parts and damaged items on a brand new bike. The directions included were for the 26-in model that they sell. I scoured the internet for any information on this particular model and there is no info anywhere. It is like the bike does not exist. No instructions no manuals. Only the video they have on this page. Because of these issues It had to be refunded and I would recommend no one to purchase this model. What a waste of time and money, I wish I would have recorded the whole process this would have been a great YouTube video and warning to anyone else thinking of making this purchase. The sad part is this was for my son's birthday and now we are left waiting for a refund and having to scramble to figure out what to do. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! But hey it looks cool in the pictures I would love to see one with someone actually riding it because I don't think it's possible. Not even sure if the electrical parts worked.

The bike looks fantastic, only problem and huge problem, the battery on the bike is completely out. So they give 2 options, do a return and package the bike back up and send it off for a refund or a partial refund of 20 percent. Hopefully its enough to buy another battery.

Awesome ride. Does well on distance. Could be a little faster and display speed in miles instead of kilometers. Over all can't complain 10 out of 10 would buy again

First be aware that this seat height is very difficult to raise. It is not on a stem and while I was able to get connectors and pads to raise the needed 2 inches/50mm, unsure how you could raise it for someone taller than 5 ft 7 in. Also has basic padding but certainly wished for more after a 5 mile ride On the first ride, the back tire blew out, when I researched online it appears to happen 10% of the time due to poor assembly. As a new ebike rider, the use instructions are poor and don't cover shifting or accessing the various screen pages. While there is a basic video and a few pages of pictures to complete putting the bike together, again not enough details for someone with limited knowledge. On the plus side, there is plenty of power and I had no issue shifting and adding power as needed. It is a good bike for the money.

Item arrived earlier than expected. Bike is assembled for the most part, with only a few things to be installed, but the instructions are horrible. Fairly easy to figure out though. Mud flaps were a little bent at delivery but seemed ok. Bike worked a few rides the first day, then wouldn’t work the next day. We removed the battery and reconnected and it started working again just fine. On the second day, the arm of the mud flap got caught up in the brake and wheel and locked up the wheel while riding at full speed. Removed the mud flaps to eliminate that risk. Overall decent bike for the price.
