I've been using my old hair iron for 15 years already and I loved it so it's difficult for me to choose a new one..It should surpass the previous one.. The main spec that I'm lookig for should be dual voltage so I can use it in any country im into. It took me a while to find this brand and at first I'm skeptical.but when I read the review that someonecsays she's been using this for 2 years at least then I guess this is it because though other brands out there has a lot of reviews claiming they are good but then it broke just months of using it.From first use, I like it already, very smooth to glide in my hair..even though I only use minimum temperature..I love the design, it has a lock option, automatic shut off..though the wire is shorter than my old one but it's okay..Overall, this Faszin hair straightainer and curler meets up all that I'm looking for in a hair iron.

This straightener was great at first. Then, after just 1 month, it started shutting off as I was using it. At first I thought I was accidentally hitting the power button on the side but after carefully watching that, it still shut off. Then it would not turn back on until it had completely cooled down. Amazon was absolutely terrific and allowed me to return this product for a refund.
