I bought this in December 2019 for my kids to do school work on and some light gaming (my son does Minecraft) and it's worked like a charm. They say refurbished, but ours seemed like it was NOS (new old stock). We would definitely recommend it for the price. If it ever does die, I'll come back here and update how long it lasted, but right now all seems good. ... show more

Now what? Quality Control is NOT priority looks like. Called Amazon Tech support who called seller. But no one answered. Ok. We shall see what happens tomorrow. But I am not a happy computer camper right now. Left voicemail but no one returned my call. Called back and talked to rep. Asked for permission to see if a hard drive was installed. It was but the drive connection cables were loose. The chassis was clean on the inside. The computer is working now and working well as of this review. Bought this to replace an older 32-bit PC. The packaging was excellent. Delivery was prompt. Aside from some cosmetic scratches, it looks good. Power cord is a bit short. Windows 10 Pro setup was fast and easy. Its a very quiet machine. The bad news is there is no DVD, despite it clearly being listed. The hard drive specs are confusing, but the SSD hard drive installed is acceptable. There is no 2 TB hard drive inside. The good news is I can use the parts from the old PC to make this PC the way I expected. ... show more

Quite possibly the best tech decision I've made as of late. You can't beat this deal. Overall value and quality of this PC exceeded my expectation. My only issue with the transaction was on Amazon. They published higher Ram speed in the product posting than what was described in the specs. That's what's call false advertising or at the very least misleading. Shame on them. ... show more

No hassles with this PC. Plugged everything in and it automatically connected to my wifi on it's own. Same with my printer. Easiest PC setup I've ever encountered. The SSD makes it super fast compared to what I'm used to. I plan to buy another. Fantastic price too!
