About us MAKAVO was founded in 2015 by two best friends, Mark and Kevin. The duo had a passion for technology and a desire to create a product that would not only protect people's phones but also make them look stylish. To start off ,for those that may have had problems with the left edge not working properly I have the solution. The grip/tape on that side pushs the screen to where it may be unresponsive. Removing this tape/grip FIXES THAT PROBLEM. As for the case, it's perfect! Without the grip it still stays on for me. This size is not overly bulky and I feel safe if this phone ever drops. Has a smooth textured feel that I can't describe. The only gripe (had two because of the left edge but that's fixed now) is the "leatherish" section on the hinge protector. I've ordered and used or returned SO many z fold 3 phone cases and this is one of the few I've kept. I've dropped my phone so many times and nothing is cracked. A few chips here and there but I'd rather it be my case then my phone. I bought the bright red which I love. They need to make a bright pink though! ... show more

I bought this case a few months ago and it's been falling apart. I take care of my things so this is more a reflection of bad product. I don't drop or throw around my phone so there's so reason the case would break but I'm currently having to replace it.

The product is nice, but not durable at all . I had to have one replaced within 30 days and the second one is about done at 60 days. The case just starts to fall apart. Pretty disappointed.

One of only a few that ticked the boxes for me, not great quality but did protect the phone. I wanted a few things and didn't want a few things and I realize the Z Fold 3 is old at this point and no one is making cases for it any more. I did want, a screen cover to protect the screen, hinge protection and a slim profile. I did not want a slot for the pen or a stand. The stand on every case I have had, interferes with wireless charging especially anything metal or magnetic. This is just 1 of 2 cases I found after scouring all options that had that exact setup on Amazon. The profile is very slim and I like it. As many others mention, the magnets that hold the hinge to the body are very poorly secured, 3 on them fell out before I even had the case on. I used a dot of super glue and each and it worked but the other three fell out at various times later. I dropped the phone one time and that's all it took. The case did protect the phone, no damage but the case is also toast after one drop from standing height. 3 corners are fully busted and the the top quarter of the hinge protector is gone. All in all, I like the design and the exact features I was looking for but making it out if a softer silicone or composite would make it more durable. I understand it's designed to protect the phone and it did, but ideally, it should live through at least a few drops for the money. ... show more

Great quality. I got the red one and it is a nice cherry red. Fits my phone perfect. Good price and arrived fast. Just like pictured. What I like best about this case is that it is not just hard plastic. It has a rubbery feel and I think this adds some shock protection if you drop your phone. I will buy again.
