So many hours have been played on this game. You actually drive all the machines on the game, you can hire help to have AI run machines for you while you do other jobs, many new name brand machines are in the game like John Deere, Case New Holland, Claas, Ideal, JCB, and many others. Lots of fields to choose that you wanna grow like Corn, wheat, Cotton, Alphalfa, and lots more, you can bale, or do silage or even do Logging with all these machines at your discretion! You can get loans to purchase your machines or work for them. Endless amount of things to do on this game specially with friends. Multiplayer is added for continuous hours of playing. I had no idea that I would love this game as much as I do. I played it for hours and even had fun with the online application. It's graphics are pretty good and the load time is not too bad. One of the best features is the MOD Hub, where you can get tons of different mods to change the game. Although the driving is not realistic I still enjoy playing this sim. It takes the farm into the house and doesn't bring in the dirt. It is a challenge to grow the crops and continue to expand the farm. I enjoy spending time being a farmer... without the real stress of being a real farmer. With the game stacked against the player in the farm work I just wish the writers had the chance to experience what is is like to do the farm work; drive a tractor, plant a field, harvest a crop or any of the many other "Jobs" a farmer has. The wear and tear on the tractors and implements is such that if a farmer had to deal with that alone, they would be bankrupt inside of 10 years. An Example: after harvesting 15,58 hectares (about 38.5 acres) the repair cost for the Combine was $ 1500 and the cost for the Corn Head was $800. I have harvested 150 acres of Corn and the cost was $ 600 for grease and oil plus a belt.... I still do enjoy playing and seeing what I can do with the game. ... show more

I bought this game for my little brother and he absolutely loves it. I tried to find it in stores but they were out and Amazon had it for a great price. It is a great game that teaches you about farming, it is super kid friendly and so fun to play. I highly recommend it as a fun game to play for yourself or as a gift for someone. ... show more

My 7 year old asked for this for Christmas. I had no idea how advanced the controllers were. Each vehicle can have up to like 10 different controls/functions. Easy enough if you can read. I spent a lot of time helping/teaching. Actually it's helping him with his reading....

Great time passer. Very immersive or casual, whatever you choose. Have loved the Farming Simulator series of games since it’s inception!! Will be interested to see what is next!!! I play on console until I can afford the computer system. Gonna hopefully one day have the whole simulator with steering wheel and pedals and seat. Gonna take a while on a disabled budget and in palliative care but hey I can still Dream!!!) sometimes it’s all you got. Smile, it will brighten someone’s day!!! ... show more
