    • Big, beautiful light, but one light arm does not work, requiring me to remove the entire fixture.

Packaging was excellent. Basic light install method. All parts were included. The issue is there's no way to really test the light without installing all 20+ arms into the base and then into the ceiling. One port on the base does not work. It's loose. I've tried different arms to no avail. The female port in the base is loose, likely a short connection. This is incredibly frustrating, as all of the arms have to now be unscrewed, the base removed and the light fixture disconnected from the electric. It's always risky buying this type of product. I was so impressed with the elegance and quality of this chandelier. Currently updating my dinning room design and found some idea in TikTok the white and black theme but mostly they are using a more traditional chandelier. This is more on the modern side, very sleek. I received my chandelier for new house and 2 bulbs were out and now I cannot get ahold of seller to send 2 more, Amazon couldn’t help me. Zelqili has no way of contact for warranty’s.😠
