Order arrived from FedEx undamaged. I unpacked the product and all parts were there and nothing was broken. It was well packed. The instructions have good pictures, but not a lot of words. Pay attention and look twice. I found the product to be constructed well. I took my time double checked everything and the product went together better than any other assemble yourself product I done. I am very satisfied with this seller and the product although I'm still waiting for the fireplace, the entertainment center came yesterday. I don't understand the low star ratings that have complaints about this product. Theirs must have been damaged in shipping. It took me about five hours to put it together by myself. Everything went together perfectly, and it's a solid piece of furniture. I will tell you, though, when assembling, make sure that you completely do a 180° turn on the cam locks to have a strong secure build that lasts.

I researched high and low for an affordable entertainment center, with a fireplace. I am so glad I went with this one. It arrived very quickly in 2 separate boxes. It did take a few hours to assemble, but the manual was thorough. I have an 85” tv so I wasn’t sure how it would look but it looks great! We have baseboard heating so Winter can be chilly in my house, but so far this thing has heated my home very well. The color changing options are also a score. I will say I store games in mine, and “Clue” is too wide to fit but thats more for reference on the width of the interior of the cabinets. It’s not a problem for me. It is pretty solid, but easily moveable for two people. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase!

We just got it up. I absolutely LOVE it ! So many different options for color and flame control. There is no way I could have put this together by myself and I am pretty getter done female. My dad put this together and it took him about 3.5 hours. It wasn’t necessarily hard just a lot of steps. I absolutely love it and the heat works great.

The stand is better than I expected. I was worried about damaged pieces due to other reviews. Mine arrived well packed with no damage. Easy assembly. I got it done in 3.5 hours but I had intermittent help from my 3-1/2 year old grandson. You can do it in 3 easily. The instructions are fine to and easy to understand especially if you have assembled furniture type products before. Once it was built I found it was very sturdy.

Seller excepted return when I contacted them about LED lights not working. I don't want to unassemble the whole thing and ship back and hope a second one also works. I didn't even mention to them the scratch that was on front door. You would think they could just replace the defective lights, that would be good customer service. Buyer beware if you have any issues especially if you don't find an issue until almost or completely assembled. I will update review if seller makes it right.

Love everything about it, the different colors for the fireplace and shelving is awesome. Doesn’t look like a normal fire because of crystals instead of logs but still looks cool. Heater works well also. Great value, and didn’t take too long to assemble, 3-4 hours, one person.
