It’s beautiful don’t get me wrong. However, I still think that it could’ve come a little bit more assembled than what it did. It took me about five hours to put it together properly however I did it by myself. It looks great works really well and I absolutely love it! It’s taller than the one that I have and I love the brick façade. I like the way it has brick look in the back as well. It makes it look a little more realistic. Oh and all it wasn’t too hard to assemble. It is very heavy and it is a good looking piece. I’m very happy with it.

The media could not be loaded. I was very happy with when I received this product. It was easily assembled and sturdy. However the fire place stopped working after only a week. When I contacted the seller I let them know I would be willing to keep the fireplace as a whole as I was planning on replacing the insert. They only wanted to give me $30 as a refund and then only went up to $60 and stopped all communication there after I refused. I asked for at least half as I was keeping a broken item and had to replace the insert. This was built into my shelves so therefore was not plausible to remove and dismantle and send back. The insert you see I also purchased off Amazon and it looks great. I would be hesitant to buy from this seller as they do not seem to care about their customers. To stop responding to emails is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of commitment to their products and the customers they have or could have.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Putting it together is tedious and you will need a Phillips head screw driver and AAA batteries for the remote! It’s screws and dowels. Made really well! I would recommend having someone to help you put it together cause it takes two! But it’s SO worth it!!!!!! It’s a good height and width and it’s gorgeous! Best $246 I’ve ever spent. Has several light and heat settings as well! Adds so much coziness!

I bought this electric fireplace in hopes it would take the chill off in the living room. It worked great for a couple of weeks. Then one morning I turned it on and it shut back off with EC code blinking on it. I tried unplugging it, etc and it would start and then immediately shut down with the EC code blinking. I decided to just use the fake fire and not use the heater. I turned it on and it tripped the circuit breaker! I contacted the seller and they have agreed to ship a new heater to me. I'll let you know how that turns out. I'm a little nervous about this unit causing a fire. Update: I received a replacement insert and it worked beautifully for about a week! Now the replacement insert has the same EC code blinking and shuts down. I unplugged the unit. I don't need a house fire. I contacted the seller again, still waiting on a response.

I wanted a fireplace that looked sort of substantial but that wasn't too expensive for an opera. I just put this together last night and it is really actually quite beautiful. I was worried from the pictures that it would look kind of cheap but in person it looks great. I haven't tried the functionality of the heater yet but I just wanted it for the aesthetic so as far as I'm concerned I'm very happy.
