Love this! Amazing product for quality and price! Easy to travel with. I bought a mat to keep it on the counter, to be sure it didn’t burn my marble. Heat levels are true and I love you have all the choices you due.. good barrel length and diameter , true to size, and works well on hair. I always use a heat protectant on my wigs. I haven’t tried it on synthetic, but based on my experience i would assume it would work well. Seems durable but I don’t drop or throw it so it’s kind of an odd point of view like shine . This product can’t make your hair shinier than it is going to be unless your heat protectant does that. Short learning curve for flat iron vs curling

This reminds me of the very first CHI I bought but 10 x better. That heat with the zaps of setting chill is ingenius. I highly recommend. It came with a glove. This bad boy heats up y'all! It is certainly not for the inexperienced. Salon job I tell you!

I was going to buy a more expensive brand of this however I thought I would give this one a shot. It was cheap enough so why not!? It has by far surpassed my expectations. It heats fast and curls or straightens hair without any issues! It is light enough that I can do my hair and my arms and hands don’t hurt. For some it might take some getting used to on how to use it and get it to work right for them but I had no issues.
