QUALITY: Easy to use controls. GREAT for a small space. Nice Black finish. Digital controls. Seems well built. Turntable issues. INTENDED PURPOSE: Kitchen Microwave RECOMMENDATION: We bought this microwave on 01/25/2022 from Amazon. I thought we wrote a review at that time and had intended on updating now that its been in use for a couple of years but Amazon will only go back into 2023. So, here it is (updated)... The microwave is excellent for the small space we have. The buttons all work without having to apply a lot of pressure to the buttons. There is ONE complaint though... The plate that sits on the turntable is sooooooo easy to knock off. It doesn't sit on the rollers or center rotator very well. The stubs on the bottom of the plate are so short they have a hard time grabbing. Care must be exercised to keep it on. We've had plenty of other microwaves in the past. This one has to be the worst for keeping the table on track. Its not easy to get back on. There is a lot of fumbling in the process. It can be aggravating at times. But the overall performance of the microwave is that it still works and performs as its expected for a little microwave. It will take a little longer (seconds seem like hours) than larger units with higher wattage outputs. We would buy this unit again but we would first look to see if there is a different design or manufacturer that has a better turntable design. For the price point, this is a good buy and has served us well for 2 years now. We would still make a recommendation to buy. Just keep in mind the turntable issue. UPDATE: 03/16/24 - LOOK at the advertisement. This microwave is advertised as a 1000W microwave. IT IS NOT. Be aware that it is ONLY 700W. The review above stands though. ... show more

Arrived well packaged and shipping was great. I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this microwave but once I got it opened and set up I instantly fell in love with this microwave. Easy to see and large buttons. It heated up water for tea in less time than I set it for and made my favorite microwave food with ease. It's a great product but for the price it's well worth your money ... show more

    • Good And Bad... You Decide... JUNK!

UPDATE: It lasted (Worked) for three Weeks. Pure JUNK!!! Knowing I was going to take it to Scrap-Yard, I removed the enclosure and saw a loose wire that was supposed to be attached to the Alarm. I had disconnected itself. That, in itself is a Good thing as the Alarm was too loud... Afterwards, it's loaded on the truck and headed to Recycle yard... The Good: • It works The Bad: • The Beeper is Too-Loud! Far too LOUD! • It Beeps too many times (5 times) when finished (I Hate that) • The Large-Button to Open the Door Requires TOO MUCH Force to Open the Door, thus pushing/causing the Microwave-Oven to slide backwards up against the wall. I don't want it against the wall! • The combination of the Large-Button and it being at the bottom makes it verrry Un-User-Friendly. Thus, I wouldn't recommend this product... At some point, I will take it apart and disable (remove/etc) the Beeper (I don't care about voiding Warranty). Next time I buy a microwave-oven, I'll go somewhere that has demo units to check these important design features. This is my 5th Microwave-Oven over the past 30 yrs. ... show more
