Works well with my Skratch labs recovery powder. Shaking the powder alone in a mason jar was not doing a good job of getting it to dissolve. These smaller BlenderBottles do not have the rounded base, they have a flat base. I was worried the included wire whisk ball would not work as well. The whisk works fine and I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with clumpy powder anymore! You do need to be careful that you hear the cap “click” shut. I also put my finger over the cap when shaking, just to make sure I don’t end up with a big mess. ... show more

    • Great for mixing baby formula.

Instead of getting a large baby formula pitcher, I used the blender bottle I already had to help get rid of clumps. I also noticed that by mixing the formula in the blender bottle and then pouring it out into bottles resulted in less foam and bubbles in the bottles themselves, which in turn means less air swallowing and gas for my little one. Love this bottle. But the description is deceiving. It says 20 once package of 2. I only received 1 bottle. I did notice several other buyers mention this, so it appears to be an issue that has not been resolved. I had to order another one to get my second bottle.

Overall this was a great purchase for the price. No issues whatever. It makes great shakes with no effort. Lid stays closed tight and the metal ball doesn’t splash liquid onto your face when drinking it. Good stuff
