I'm SO Pleased with this microwave oven! For the price I hoped it would do the job but it has surpassed my hopes. It's very sturdy and after you use it you have to push a unlock button before you can open the door. I got the insurance. But I'd be surprised if I ever have a need of it. QUALITY: Easy to use controls. GREAT for a small space. Nice Black finish. Digital controls. Seems well built. Turntable issues. INTENDED PURPOSE: Kitchen Microwave RECOMMENDATION: We bought this microwave on 01/25/2022 from Amazon. I thought we wrote a review at that time and had intended on updating now that its been in use for a couple of years but Amazon will only go back into 2023. So, here it is (updated)... The microwave is excellent for the small space we have. The buttons all work without having to apply a lot of pressure to the buttons. There is ONE complaint though... The plate that sits on the turntable is sooooooo easy to knock off. It doesn't sit on the rollers or center rotator very well. The stubs on the bottom of the plate are so short they have a hard time grabbing. Care must be exercised to keep it on. We've had plenty of other microwaves in the past. This one has to be the worst for keeping the table on track. Its not easy to get back on. There is a lot of fumbling in the process. It can be aggravating at times. But the overall performance of the microwave is that it still works and performs as its expected for a little microwave. It will take a little longer (seconds seem like hours) than larger units with higher wattage outputs. We would buy this unit again but we would first look to see if there is a different design or manufacturer that has a better turntable design. For the price point, this is a good buy and has served us well for 2 years now. We would still make a recommendation to buy. Just keep in mind the turntable issue. UPDATE: 03/16/24 - LOOK at the advertisement. This microwave is advertised as a 1000W microwave. IT IS NOT. Be aware that it is ONLY 700W. The review above stands though. ... show more

    • Excellent Full-Sized Machine - But Arrived Dented...
Size: 2.2 Cu. Ft Color: Stainless Steel
This microwave is pretty amazing. We got the 2.2 cubic foot model and it's huge. If you need a microwave with space for a turkey, a roast, or a large container of pasta, or perhaps 2 gallons of water, this is it. It's easily restaurant-sized with no size or space constraints at all. Second is the power. Even though it's advertised at 1100 watts, it's actually labeled as 1200 watts. It very quickly and easily heats food, coffee and other items. You will not have problems with insufficient power or cold food with this machine. Next, it runs pretty quiet, at least compared to our previous microwaves. Just the whir of the fan and a faint hum. The touch controls are sealed so cleaning is easy, and activating everything is intuitive and simple. While the electric door lock feature, for safety reasons, is a neat idea if you have small children, we found it troublesome. It's easy enough to disable, so it's currently a non-issue. The weight isn't too bad for a larger microwave, and I was able to lift and manage it by myself. The light inside was bright enough also, so this shouldn't be an issue for anyone. Our only complaint is that this arrived with a very small dent in the trim on the door. It's not a deal-killer, but it is annoying that a new item arrived damaged. We're not really willing to return it over this, but it would be nice if the distributor sent us a new door or perhaps a credit. Overall we're extremely happy with this purchase and look forward to enjoying this appliance for many years... ... show more

Watch out for door closure. The button type opener tends to break and fixing is difficult. I bought the 0.7 size in black, which has a poor photo. The same model in stainless shows a handle door mechanism. Surprise on delivery. It is deceptive but not worth return trouble.

    • Door locks. So you have to press to unlock then press to open.

It works, but the door has a lock feature. So to open it after cooking, you have to press a button to unlock it, then press the button that actually opens the door. Maybe there’s a way to turn that off? Not sure. Seeing as there’s a specific door lock button, probably not. Feels like too much effort for a tiny microwave that I expected to just be there. For this weird design, I’d say don’t get it. As I said, it seems to work fine. Maybe takes a bit longer to heat than my past microwave, but obviously that’s hard to gauge and explain. We did a kitchen remodel and didn’t design with a microwave, but then ended up with an unplanned outlet inside a cabinet. So that turned to be a good spot to hide away a microwave just in case a guest would need to use it or whatever. ... show more
