I recently purchased the FanttikOutdoor Instant Cabin Tent and I am genuinely impressed with how easy it was to set up. I actually assembled it in my home first just to test it out, and the whole process was smooth and stress free. Breaking it back down and returning it to its original packaging was just as simple, which is not always the case with tents of this size. The interior space is fantastic. I brought it on a camping trip with my two adults and one child, and we had more than enough room to move around comfortably. It did not feel cramped at all, and the cabin style design gives it a roomier feel than a lot of other tents I have used in the past. This would be my fifth tent in my like and it far surpasses any of them. It is erected so quickly. Everything is well thought out. I put a tarp under as the grass was wet. Well it poured. Water pooled everywhere. But the tent was entirely dry inside. Four of us slept comfortably in the eight person tent. I left it empty and outside to dry. Wind banged it all around my yard but it did not break. Taking it down was so easy. And most amazing of all, I got it back into the bag. This was the easiest tent to put up and pull down. Especially since it rained on checkout day at a couple of our camping spots. Kept the rain out well for the most part and was large enough to put a king and full mattress with space to move around freely with two foldable chairs in each corner and a standing fan. Just took this camping for a week. Water proof is not how I would describe it, more like water resistant. It rained for 3 days straight and by day 2 the water was starting to seep in the sides and through the rain fly. Not alot but enough to get wet if you rubbed against the wall. Bottom stayed completely dry the whole time despite being on the ground (no tarp between ground and tent). Size was good. I am 5'10" and was almost able to stand up straight in the middle. I was alone so plenty of room for my cot, but could comfortably fit 2 adults. Anymore than that and you are going to be a little cramped. (4 person version of this tent) Setup and breakdown was super fast, maybe 2 minutes for both by myself. ... show more

I can't say enough about this tent and how happy I am with it. As a frequent camper, and an older person, I find that traditional tents are just too difficult and cumbersome to erect nowadays. This tent has the easiest setup ever, and disassembly / stowage is just as simple. The tent is sturdy, roomy enough for 1 person or a friendly couple, and definitely waterproof. I know, because the first time I used it I had three days of rain to test it out. It passed with flying colors - the only issue I noted was a bit of seepage in one corner, and I'm not sure that wasn't from condensation. The tent was stable in the wind, and there's plenty of screened area to allow air flow. I always install a string of lights on my tent when I camp, and this tent has a handy port on one corner to route the cord through. All in all, this was a great purchase and I'm happy with the performance. ... show more
