I usually am not one to post reviews, but this tent deserves a positive one. The second time I used this tent for camping, it endured 50mph straight line winds with blowing rain (2 inches in under an hour). While other tents in the same area were mangled, the frame on this tent remained stable and intact. Some rain did enter the tent, but it was a fairly minimal amount considering the storm that it encountered. The tent was set out to dry in the sun for a couple of hours the next day, and it was good a new. While I don’t intend to use this tent in that type of weather again, I was very pleased with how it held up. I wouldn’t have been surprised if it was destroyed. I will add that the tent is very easy and quick to set up and take down (took us about 4 minutes each to set up and take down with 3 people helping). The interior is also spacious. It can easily fit 2 queen size blow up mattress with additional room for some storage. My friend that is 6’2” is able to stand straight up inside the tent. We purchased the Fanttik Outdoor Instant Cabin Tent for family camping trips, and it has exceeded our expectations. The biggest selling point is the setup time—it really does go up in about a minute (plus the stake install, that will take another minute), making camp setup quick and stress-free. This is a great tent! We took it for a 4 day trip and it held up through 2 rain/thunder storms with no leaks and help up great against the wind! It was easy to put up and take down and packs away nicely, it’s not too heavy to carry either! Ok this product. Omg. The best tent I have ever come across. It def was tested. Hard rain. Hard wind. We ended up camping on a night it suddenly produced storms and tornado warning lol. We came back to camp site and it had no water inside and didn’t move! I was def impressed. The size was very very awesome. The material of it holds up and is very sturdy material. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else ever again. This tent is worth it. It is easy to put up. Easy to take down. All round there is no cons. But maybe the little flap on front door, lets little water in. For the price it's very hard to beat! Incredibly simple, easy and fast to assemble. It holds up well, didn't feel at all like it wouldn't make it through wind, rain. It fits and rolls up nicely back into the bag and won't take up much space for storing. The space inside is roomy and my daughter and I had plenty of room to sleep AND move around which is usually the tricky part of tent camping. My only struggle was with the zippers catching very easily on the fabric, making it difficult to get in and out quickly or simply. I thought i got the same size I had before and to my surprise it was huge. A. Blessing. Very spacious. Lots of space. I did need a tarp for super duper about of rain. It only seeped in a little bit at the bottom edges. Very easy to put up. Except in 5 ft tall so I needed a little Help because it was so tall. However I believe I can get it up on my own now that I realize it’s as large as it is. It can fit 2 cots a portable potty my items and things. Becsuwe I like space to walk around. However it can fit defiantly of you don’t have a lot of things so the you 3-4 cots. And def a lot of sleeping room for however many. I don’t have to duck to go in. I did not believe that this tent would be set up in 60 seconds. My husband ordered it with every bit of confidence that it would be true to the advertisement. We set up the tent together with all of my doubt at the forefront of my mind, and I was proved entirely wrong! We opened the package, and my husband laid the tent flat. I jumped in and grabbed the poles without any bit of instructions read, and having never seen the tent before. A quick pull and snap into place, and we were done in no time at all. I imagine it was literally 60 seconds or less. If we got to camp at dusk, this would be the absolute best tent that I could hope for. Alternative options left us juggling flashlight under our chins and between our knees trying to tie this, hook that, and string this in the dark. So if the tent could be set up in 60 seconds, I was imagining that it would be some flimsy, break in two seconds, easily torn, junk it after the first use tent. This tent is just as sturdy as the others we own and have owned in the past. It may even be sturdier than our others. The trick here is the poles that slide into place with the buttons that pop up, snap, and lock the poles in. The cover of the tent is pre-laced onto the poles, so there is just minimal work to be done. The cover just parachutes over the top and hooks onto the base in seconds. The fabric is great quality. As with any tent I have used, anything that touches the outer walls may end up damp in the morning, but we were certainly dry all night, and the tent was dry when we took it down. No complaints there. Taking it down was as easy as putting it up, and I have absolutely no questions about the sustainability of this tent. If anything, it may outlast the others because its fabric won’t be poked and prodded with poles during every set up, but it seems strong anyways. There are two things that I would change about this tent if I had the chance. I would create a bigger window. We watched a movie on the big screen at the ballpark that night, but we had to keep the door open to get a good view. If the screen extended to the bottom of the door, it would have been perfect. The other thing is that if it had a canopy/porch cover, it would make a world of difference in sheltering our shoes from potential rain. We do not do shoes in the tent. We missed this feature from our other tent. Outside of that I couldn’t ask for anything better. I 110% recommend this tent. ... show more

This was plan B and ordered at the last second for a failed delivery of a reenactment item. Very easy to set up (5-10 minutes tops) roomy and good options. It survived a rainstorm and high winds with not damage, and no seepage. I highly recommend this tent of recreational camping.
