I like the quality of the tea set, I got the blue design and happy with the finish and glaze of the pieces. But I find the kettle is a bit small in terms of capacity. I love my tea and like to have friends and family around for tea parties, the kettle hardly holds 6 cups of tea. If I want a full cup in volume then the kettle just holds 51/2 cups in total, and thats a pain coz many times I also want a little bit more of the serving after one cup. especially I take out such tea sets from my cupboard when I want to relax and give some time to myself and with a cup of tea. Now, I like the tea set but I am confused with the utility of it, I just cannot have a tea set for feel good factor only and remain deprived with tea at times-I want both the purposes to be solved.

I received the tea set in the floral blue as a Christmas gift. All the pieces were lovely and exactly as described, except the spout on the teapot that had been broken during shipping, (I assume). You have to email the company directly for a replacement instead of going through Amazon, but it was easy. A single replacement teapot quickly arrived in perfect condition. Costumer service was great, and I will order with them again in the future. (I included pictures of initial packaging, the broken tea pot, the new replacement teapot, and one of the tea cups.)

I purchased this teapot, cups and saucers as a gift for my Mother's 80th birthday. In spite of the great packaging, the first shipment arrived with broken pieces. A replacement was sent almost immediately but unfortunately, I had the same issues. Because of the timing I couldn't afford to chance another broken shipment so I had to go a different route. I am really particular when it comes to teapots in particular but this set really was very nice.
