It is a big fan! Even after putting in the ice packs and filling the tank with cold water out of the fridge, this does not cool...except the fan does help. But if you are looking for an AC, buy something else.

Works great! Way cheaper to cool down one room with this, than a whole house with central A/C. I fill it up with ice cubes to make it cooler. However.. it says it cools for 24 hours. That’s a joke! If I fill up the entire tank with water, and have it on “low” setting, it only lasts about 3 hours.

This is NOT an “AC.” It is a gigantic glorified fan. It does not alter the overall temperature of the space. It will provide cooling, but ONLY if you’re sitting directly in front of it (which is what a FAN does). Huge regret purchasing this item, don’t make the same mistake!

As it is getting hotter day by day, all I was concerned of getting an AC on time, and the delivery of this product happened on time. The product was packaged well and I loved it getting right in front of my door and not down stairs (I live 2nd floor) as it is a bit heavy which is obvious. Best part is that I have not to worry about assemling a waste pipe or window pipes for this AC, it is easy to use.
