I didn't even need to read the instructions to figure out how to assemble it, that's how easy the assembly was. It feels durable it doesn't feel like it'll break on me. It's comfortable it doesn't hurt to use it. The weight isn't too heavy niether too light. The weight slides smoothly and the faster you hula the smoother it glides because if you hula slowly it tends to stop more often and you have to stop and start again more often. The weight is secured it doesn't feel like the weight will randomly break and hit something as you're hulaing. ... show more
