Unlike the first reviews for free product, this is a PURCHASED review. Easy to use and the 16 ounce plus reservoir is great for travel mugs. My 20 ounce cup barely fits, but no one else offers this much space or volume. It's nice not having to make two cups to fill my mug and do it with one pod, not two. Makes this a money saver too! Brews hot and it's a nice space saving size. Hoping it holds up because I want a second for work. 5/9/24 update: not sure how, but twice hot water bypassed pod. I believe pod holder has to be in a particular position. Also started using the ground coffee basket which also deserves 5 stars. No more overpriced pods and I can make coffee as strong as I want

I liked this coffee maker initially, but after a couple of weeks I started noticing grounds in my cup of coffee. Then this morning, while making a cup, a burst of steam came up from the top, and the coffee maker then started shooting coffee grounds out of the top of the machine landing all over other items on my counter. I am the only coffee drinker in the house, and I have a cup a day at most, so for this to happen after only a few weeks is ridiculous. I will be writing to the company. UPDATE: Just returned for a refund as I was still within 30 days. Tried cleaning with a descaler solution but the coffee maker kept stopping after a few drips, and all three lights started blinking. Had to unplug to try again and same thing. Not impressed with the quality of the product.

We just replaced our iced/hot mr coffee brewer! 2 far to uses in! Will check back in 6 months for an updated review! Coffee tastes amazing, it was easy to set up and the coffee was piping hot! I had A keurig die after five months. So, I decided to try this one, as I did want a more compact design. It works well. Yes, if you read the description, the amount of coffee depends on the amount of water you put in. It definitely brews a cup of coffee that is hotter than my Keurig brewed. We will see how long it lasts, but right now, I am super happy with it!

Only 16 oz, so one 10 oz cup doesnt leave enough for another. Fill it again. Markings are hard to read. You have to watch it and manually stop it when you get the amount desired. Otherwise, it just keeps going until water runs out. Makes good coffee otherwise.

Perfect single cup brewer which is simple to use, can give a tall or normal size coffee plus also ice coffee. Plus has auto shut off. Have had it for about a week and look forward to my coffee brewed in it every morning. Good value for the price.
