The mini coffee maker works fine. It heats up very fast and makes a very hot cup of coffee. My only main complaint is that after the coffee is dispensed and you remove your cup and then once you remove the coffee pod to throw out the used coffee grinds, there is a small amount of coffee that pools below the bottom of the pod and then a small amount of coffee drips below onto the cup tray. It’s not a big deal but annoying because you always need to wipe it up or put a napkin or cup on the cup tray after removing the pod. The design of where the pod fits is bad because it should be shaped more like a funnel instead of being flat so that all the coffee would drain out while the cup is below. One other thing that is a bit of a pain is to clean the reusable coffee grind pod. It is a little tricky because the grinds stick to the mesh and because the pod is so narrow it’s hard to clean out the used grinds with your finger. I ordered some disposable paper filters that work great inside the pod and make cleaning and disposing of the used coffee grinds simple. ... show more

2 day delivery as promised, packaged securely. I love the flavor extracted in a 2 min brew-who knew. I also love that I don't have to use the K cup if I don't want to. I have not tried brewing it without the k cup as yet, but since the water seems to get hot enough, I am expecting that to be satisfactory too. I also like that it extracts all but a few drops from the reservoir, especially if when you wipe it down you tip it upside down to let more drip out. I bought this to keep at my boyfriends house. I am a coffee drinker and he is not. It is helpful that this is tiny and uses standard K cups. He easily stores it away when I am not staying over. It also comes with a brew pod to use your own grounds. Only complaint is you need to babysit it a little bit because the coffee can spurt out the coffee maker a little bit when it is brewing your cup. ... show more

I got this for our RV so I can quickly brew coffee at rest stops without having to wait for time it takes me to boil water/French press. And- I have to say this is now my main coffee maker for the house AND the RV. it’s great! Very simple/straight forward no extra features/size you don’t need if you just want a basic cup of Joe. It’s very fast- you better have your cup ready when you push the power button because it heats and starts running instantly. My only complaint is that the generic use-your-own grind filter baskets for keurigs that I already have don’t quite fit in this (can’t close the top). So I have to stick with the provided mesh filter that came with it, though it does seem very sturdy so hopefully it lasts. For this price you definitely cannot beat this ... show more

Illness has necessitated my, setting up a mini kitchen in my bedroom. I have struggled to find an acceptable, small coffee maker. This is the third one I’ve tried. The first broke down after a month, the next was cumbersome and required too much effort with use and upkeep. This little guy is incredibly easy, no problems at all after about a months ise. You just pour in a cup of water, put in a K cup, or similar with your own ground, coffee, close the lid push the button and you’re off. It takes up a little room and is stable. It’s fast, tastes as good as the larger Keurigs with the exception that the temperature is slightly lower. I love hot, coffee and have not found this to be a significant detriment. It’s small enough to tuck in a suitcase for travel. I wish I had found this one first. ... show more

This little coffee maker is perfect for me. It can make from 6 to 12 ounces of coffee and it can use pods or ground coffee. The filter is reusable and the drip time is fast so I can have my cup ready in minutes. There is a little leakage from the steam once it's on but that was expected.
