My mom is in assisted living, she LOVES being kept up to date with family, she nor the assisted living staff are "techy", (she does not use a cell phone or computer). Our family has purchased several other brands of digital frames, they all needed wifi, confusing set up, confusing apps to send pictures, no one wanted to use. THIS frame does NOT need wifi, (uses cell transmission without needing to set up an account and FREE), this is the ONLY frame we have found that is truly "plug and play", you literally plug it in, input the frames access code in your cell phone and begin sending pictures that show up nearly instantly in the frame! EVERY member of our family was using it from all over the country in minutes, it is truly incredible!! Pro's you can send messages you can send pictures you can "like" the pictures from the frame (notifies the recipient of the "like" plug it in and works over cell network in minutes no new cell account, Literally "plug it in and it works" easy app to send pictures pictures show up within a minute of sending con's you can only send 10 pictures a day (24 hours) power cord is kind of short sometimes the pictures stop "rotating" need to touch to restart So happy we found this frame we are going to buy 2 more!!

Unable to visit on a regular basis, we wanted a simple way to share picture with my non-tech-savi Grandmother. I activated it and sent it to her to plug in and she's been enjoying and "like"ing the families pictures ever since. BIG smiles all around. On the upside, we're all able to see the pics shared so it's like a private social circle for the family. REALLY impressed with the quality and operation of the frame. SO nice to have a product that doesn't require her to have Wi-Fi. It just works!

I bought this for my mother, who lives in another state, it worked fine for a couple of weeks then burned out. Then I had to WRITE to this organization and they sent her another one which had NOTHING stored on it as the original did. I even paid for the extra service for a year to download short videos. They are all gone and missing - not sent along with the replacement frame and they wouldn't let me do videos on new replacement frame..as if I hadn't already paid for that service for a year. I ended up calling Amazon, since I couldn't talk to anyone via a phone number for help and Amazon accepted the return. This is a good idea, but in reality..working with a company overseas without customer help is incredible.

I was a little nervous buying a frame that promised 3G/4G network connectivity, but when it arrived I was amazed to find that it worked right away without having to set anything up (and I'm in a remote area of northern Michigan). I put the frame's code in the website and was sending it photos within minutes. It was incredibly easy to setup an account and then share access with a bunch of family members. My family members were all impressed with the apps and how easy it was to send photos to the frame. The frame itself feels of good quality and does a nice job displaying even vertical photos (since it is meant to be displayed horizontally). We mailed the frame to my 90yo grandmother and all she had to do was plug it in to start enjoying photos from all her grandchildren. And it really does only cost about $70usd for a year of keeping the frame running on the cell network. This is the coolest gadget I've purchased in a long time. My expectations were exceeded, thank you!

My grandmother always felt she was out of the loop with photos. She doesn’t have internet, social media, or smart phone! Obviously she is not tech savvy but this was more than easy for her. It was easy purchase and install- powered by 3G she didn’t need internet and she could just plug in and go. It does turn off at night but that was no big deal. Sharing photos was easy for the whole family by app or email. You could also send messages. She loved it.

I have been looking for something like this for years since my grandparents do not have WiFi we never found anything. This is perfect! It makes it really easy to send them pictures of their great grandkids. Grandma said this is one the best gifts she has ever received. There are a couple things that could be better: You can only upload one picture at a time instead of several pictures or an album. It can be time consuming to upload several at once. It took a little trial and error to determine the best timing for the slide show as the labels for each setting aren’t intuitive. I might have a setting wrong but you have to wait an hour (at least) to get back to the slideshow after receiving a new picture.

My grandma loves it. Works really good with the cell service. Only the first three months of cell service are free. It’s about $8 a month after that. The app and website have all been pretty easy to use.
