We were very happy with this purchase I did do research to see which digital frame rated well, and was happy with the results when we set it up. Within minutes, I had it up and running and sent the link to friends and family and within moments we were getting pictures back I Donely is it easy to set up on our end it was easy for them to maneuver through the app, and, send pictures within minutes. The pictures come through crystal clear and it has no limit. Also short videos can be watched as well as it has a built-in speaker to play the sound. it states that it has a touchscreen but it’s really a Touch Bar on top that you can use to scroll through the photos or delete the ones you don’t want. It’s a nice looking frame that fits into our decor. Would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing, and has brought us many smiles ... show more

This device has a big, bright, clear screen. It's also very easy to set up because it has BlueTooth. No annoying WiFi ping-pong setup. Note that this is not a touch screen but uses an innovative touch bar on the top to scroll and access settings. The web site is not intended as a photo organizer; it's just a place to upload photos. Photos can also be uploaded via email and through an app for iOS or Android. Once photos are uploaded there appears to be no way to download them. You can invite others to upload photos to the device, but, again, you can't download them. It's intended for your relatives to enjoy your photographs on the device directly and really nothing more. The device thoughtfully turns off when nobody is in the room and also dims when the ambient lighting grows dim. ... show more
