Easily one of the best gifts I’ve ever gotten! And given! Everyone in my family has them and loves them! I have access to upload photos to the grandparents’ frames of the kids so they don’t have to worry about trying to upload or figure anything out. It’s so easy to use! And we love just getting to watch them change throughout the day. My daughters even love to watch it (especially because it plays videos too!). Great quality! Have never had problems with functionality or connectivity. Our charging cord did die out on us after about a year and half. But I contacted the company and they sent a new cord free in just a couple days! Great customer service!

This frame was the perfect gift for my dad who wanted to stay connected with the grandkids and great-grandkids without wrestling with social media. Pure genius! Setup was surprisingly simple - I handled the initial connection and now the whole family can instantly share photos from anywhere. I purchased this unit for my parents after seeing the functionality of my in-laws frame. I was impressed! It is very simple to setup on your phone. Connecting to your local WiFi is a breeze. Uploading pictures and short videos is super simple. I love that as of now, there is no limit on cloud storage and its also pretty cool that anyone who you give permission to send pictures, can also download images from your Aura library. The image is clear and the speaker is actually decent for those videos with audio. Its been great to be able to manage the frame remotely, as my parents are not very technologically savvy. Overall, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to see more of their photos. I am told that frequently my parents will find themselves just watching the frame rather than the TV. Great work on this idea!

I bought my Aura Carver frame in May 2024. It replaced another brand which either could not or would not connect to the newer WiFi in my house, which the Aura has no problem with. Pros for the Aura (1) very easy to connect to WiFi 6 and higher; (2) very easy to setup once I downloaded the app on iPhone: (3) also plays videos with sound; (4) has auto turn on and off via a light sensor, so I never missed any images by forgetting to turn it on; (5) clear, sharp photos; (6) easy to adjust setting like how long the picture displays and to go back to one you wanted to set again; (6) infinite capacity for photos (I have over 1100); (7) very easy to add photos; (8) world class customer service. My screen failed, gradually (over 3-4 days) but totally. Online chat help was good but unsuccessful, but email customer support was confusing since they are in London (England) and I had to to calculations of how many hours I was different (8 hours) to try to contact them. No phone number is listed. I finally got pissed and sent them an email, on a Friday and knowing they were already closed in England for the weekend. Astonishingly, I got several replies over the weekend, and by the time we connected on Monday they had already sent me a replacement unit. It arrived three days later, and walked me through the process of transferring all the photos. It went flawlessly and quickly. The company even followed up by reaching out to me to see if I had any questions or issues. Note that I have given this device as presents to other people because I like the frames so much. My own frame has a place of prominence in the house, where my wife and I, and guests, can watch it and get immersed in the photos and memories. Now that traveling is harder for us, we love to see pictures of where we went and who we were with. The concept of digital frames itself is great, but this is easily the easiest to use and the highest quality of the five frames we have owned over the years.

Seems like a beautiful well made digital frame. Packaged very well and very detailed simple directions on setting up. This was a gift and I scanned code to preload pics with gift message. Super easy!!! So easy to add pics as well. Unfortunately recipient had to have relatives hook up and they didn’t have time to and still haven’t. Very disappointed because we were so looking forward to seeing picture quality. Living over 900 miles away, not sure if we’ll get to see in person again.
