Very very very nice robe. I washed it first and it came out soft and plush. Since it's white, the radiant heat is reflected back making it warmer than a black or dark-colored robe. The fabric is nice and thick so I think it should last quite a long time.

I like the robe in moderately cold and warmer weather. I'd rate it higher, but the inside tie strings are literally hanging on by a thread in less than three months. Most likely snagged on something inside the dryer. If there was an available return option I would ask and go back to an all cotton robe. I'll wear it until I find something else affordable and 100% cotton. No shrinkage worth mentioning, if at all.
