Giving it four stars because the instructions to builds are a bit difficult to understand. Was having a bit of a problem with the right front corner (black metal piece) that holds the corner together. (Flip black metal piece around if you encounter this problem). Other then that after it was all built, it looks very nice and is very sturdy. Instructions state to not move the bed.

Bed frame looks great and that materials seem to be of good quality. Took me a little while to put together but instructions are easy to follow if you pay close attention to the pivtures. The seller originally sent me the wrong product at first but they made their mistake right very quickly. Great to work with.

This bed frame is sturdy, looks great and the hydraulic lift for the bed holds up well with my mattress on top. Building the product is a little difficult but if you have experience building Ikea furniture and a set of extra hands, should and can be completed in about 3-4 hours. The nice added touch of the led light strip, outlet, and shelving is very useful and visually appealing. I was hesitant to make this purchase because of the initial review but I’m honestly not sure why it’s rated so low. My headboard did come with imperfections but a simple request to the manufacture, I was able to received a new one quickly and easily. Customer service was amazing. Storage is spacious, I am able to fit 4 luggages (medium-large) without any issues and still have space to fit some more stuff.

This bed is very pretty. I can personally only give it 3 stars due to assembly. IT IS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! If I had to do it again, I would hire someone. I now have a broken bed as the lift on the left side blew out and pulled completely out of frame 1st time used. Was it the assembly or the product? I have no idea. I will never buy another bed that has to be assembled.

The bed itself, was good and sturdy. Would like bamboo option for slats, but I get it. Two things …. The instruction booklet for the grey did NOT contain all of the pages. It skipped 3 pages (the brown one had it; purchased for another room. The bed is in second home so not used all of time. The LED lights do not work properly when they’re not used.
