The unit arrived with the box significantly damaged. Upon inspection we noted two broken pieces inside the box. We reached out to the supplier and replacement parts were expedited to us at no charge...Great response from the manufacturer! Although there are many parts to the unit, the directions were accurate and easy to follow. The fit on all parts through the assembly were great, we had no issues following the directions and assembling the unit. That said it will take a couple of hours to assemble the unit, you will need an open area to layout the pieces pre-assembly as well. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because the mirror had to be reshipped 3 times. Partly because the delivery service wasn't careful and partly because the packaging for the mirror isn't great so it's terrible easy to break during transportation. The customer service team was excellent and resent the mirror until I finally got one that wasn't broken, they took extra steps to add padding so it wouldn't break. As for the vanity itself, the instructions were easy to follow (note it's a lot of steps if that's not your thing don't buy this) the draws run smoothly and for the price it does present as of it cost more. ... show more

We're very happy with this Vanity. When it was delivered, the box was crushed in a corner and I was concerned about items inside being damaged. I notified the seller and they assured me that if there was anything damaged or missing, they would replace it immediately, or refund our purchase. I appreciated that quick response. After giving it as an early Christmas present, we assembled it and there was no problems. My granddaughter loved it! The quality was really good. I love this vanity so much. I went through Amazon reviews for weeks trying to find one I was brave enough to buy that had everything I was looking for. After settling on this I one I was not disappointed. I ordered on a Thursday, it was shipped on a Friday and at my door Saturday afternoon. My husband immediately went to work on putting it together. It was one heck of a project! I would say it took around 8 hours to put together but the instructions were clear everything was labeled and my husband was able to do it by himself there is just a ton of pieces. You could use a drill and maybe it would go quicker but the pieces are precut and we wanted to be sure we didn’t strip the hardware. Overall very sturdy and very well made. ... show more
