FF FRAGRFLOWING keeps the fragrance flowing by operating a very attractive Amazon storefront. Their storefront homepage is currently focused on promoting their fall line of jar candles. FF FRAGRFLOWING makes jar candles with a wide variety of fragrances. This review is for their 7 ounce spiced pumpkin jar candle made with soy wax. The vendor states that this product is 3.5"W x 3.4"H. I measure the candle as actually being 2.75”Wx3.5”H. The vendor doesn’t give a product weight but I measured the candle as being 13.711 ounces with its metal nonmagnetic screw top lid and 13.556 ounces without its lid. The 13.556 ounces glass jar is made of thick glass which is tinted tan in color. The candle’s soy wax is white in color indicating that it is likely dye free. The wax coated cotton wick looks a little frayed at the end. The vendor states that the spiced pumpkin scent is created with a combination of pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla plant based essential oils. Subjectively the candle has a strong fragrance of pumpkin spice with an emphasis on the cinnamon aspect. The scent is quite pleasant even for me and I very much dislike pumpkin spice drinks but even I find this scent to be very pleasant. Also, when the candle is burned, the scent is strong with a very good throw but not overpowering. The vendor estimates that one should get up to 50 hours burn time with their candle. I conducted a burn test to see what the burn life span of this candle is under real world conditions. I burned the candle for 5 hours and 39 minutes over 3 sessions. During this time 1.08 ounces of wax was consumed. At this rate, it will take 36 hours and 37 minutes for all wax to be consumed. Of course, the National Candle Association (NCA) cautions that you shouldn’t burn a jar candle when there is less than half an inch of wax left, so we should factor that in and cut a few hours off of the total theoretical burn time. I’ve test burned quite a number of candles and I’ve noticed that the candles with the strongest fragrances tend to have significantly lower burn lifespans. These essential oils are usually significantly more flammable than wax and burn hotter. High concentrations of essential oils also tend to soften the wax which also makes it burn more quickly. I should also note that this effect is even more pronounced in soy candles than paraffin candles.

This spiced pumpkin candle is everything I hoped it would be and more. The moment I saw the jar, I could already imagine the scent, it looks as cozy and inviting as it smells. The label design is adorable, and the amber glass jar gives it a warm, upscale vibe that fits beautifully into seasonal or farmhouse-style decor. Once lit, the candle burned evenly and cleanly with no tunneling. It filled my entire room with a soft, spiced fragrance that was exactly as described, pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla in a perfect balance. What stood out to me most was that it wasn’t overpowering. I’m very sensitive to strong fragrances, and this candle gave me all the warmth of fall without triggering a headache or nausea. The wax feels high quality, smooth and slightly oily to the touch rather than overly waxy, which suggests it’s formulated to burn slowly and evenly. I’m confident this will last a good amount of time for its size. The cotton wick also lit easily and stayed steady without excessive smoke or flicker. If you’re looking for a candle that delivers a cozy, authentic fall scent without overwhelming your senses, this one is a winner. Great gift option too—especially for anyone who loves the feeling of crisp autumn evenings and baking spices in the air.

Scent: Spiced Pumpkin
This 7oz spiced pumpkin scented jar candle is made of 100% soy wax, has a all cotton wick, comes in a nice amber colored heavy duty jar, and is packed very well in box to prevent breakage. The burn rate is slow (even while I used in a room with a ceiling fan on high), wick is perfectly centered, and wax melted evenly (with no intervention). As for the scent…… when you open the jar the scent is very pleasant and true to the “pumpkin spice” smell. However, I took off a star due to fact that this candle did not have that pleasant scent creeping in the house, in the room, or even when close up to the candle for that matter after being lit for 4hrs.. For me this is the most important feature of a candle and this one sadly misses the mark. For the size and rate of burn time this candle makes for a good value. Fragrance, not as much so.

I love this candle. First of all, it comes very nicely packaged. It comes in a nice box, super easy for gift giving. Inside it has foam blocking on top and on the bottom so you don't have to worry much about damage from shipping. It has a screw top so you don't have to worry about picking it up by the top and having the bottom fall and break. If the claims are true, it is environmentally friendly. The packaging is recyclable (though it doesn't mention it is recycled which would have been a nice touch), the candles are made from soy with a cotton wick, and plant essential oils are used. I appreciate no extra crap that is going to "pollute" my home. I love the scent for the upcoming season. All in all, this is a great product at a reasonable price for the type of candle you are getting. Made in China.

When it comes to our house my wife loves two seasons, autumn and Christmas. So when I saw this candle I had to get it for her, and as a scented candle this thing is just crushing it. It smells absolutely amazing. It has that classic pumpkin spice scent with a nice smoky undertone that really gives it a cozy vibe. Even though it is still the middle of the summer just opening the lid of this candle had me longing for those cool crisp mornings, falling leaves, and comfy sweaters that this candle reminded me of. At only 7oz it's a little on the smaller side, but it is packaged so nicely and the jar is really cute. Even though we were given this one for review we will genuinely probably be ordering more of them once the cool weather finally arrives.
