I've owned several pairs of traditional full-back and neck covered Softmary breast forms over the years, and these new ventilated ones are an absolute improvement. They feel much more natural without the neck sleeve and full covered back. The actual breasts are high quality as usual - soft and giggly, without any sloshing sound inside. I'm also happy they reduced the nipple size on these. If you're buying larger silicone cup sizes (I wear G-cup), a good supporting bra is a must. When you first put them on, they can sag a little more - but the bra rectifies this. Also, the ventilated openings on the back can cause the silicone to roll up, making it harder to get on - but just take your time and use plenty of Gold Bond Powder, and it will fit on. This product might be right for some people but it just wasn’t for me. They felt very rubbery to me. Like a dodge ball with an very smooth surface filled with liquid. Or and extra thick balloon. I was looking for something with a more realistic feel. Also I ordered the H cup but it seemed small to me. However I didn’t see anyway to confirm the size. This breast plate looks extremely difficult to get into. I ordered it for someone else and could instantly tell there was no way he could pull it over his head. Maybe if you order 2 sizes bigger than what you think would fit would work. But, I don't know. I ended up returning it.
