The light fixture is very nice. Pretty color….sturdy…looks great in the kitchen. Problem is a personal preference.. I’m old school and don’t care for the new super bright lighting so popular these days. Too harsh for me. I started out with 4 LED-60 watt equivalent bulbs. Since there is no shield or globes it was extremely bright to look at. I changed to 40 watt dimmable bulbs (better) bu…I still added a dimmer switch. Now I can adjust to brightness I prefer. It's a very nice looking fixture and well made, but take note of the actual dimensions (I didn't). The fixture is much smaller than the kitchen picture in the listing. It's roughly 10" x 10" x 6.5" so it looks like a frog on a bulls butt in a large kitchen. On the bright side (pun intended) 60watt dimmable LED bulbs look very nice and provide good lighting. ... show more

I bought this light fixture for our kitchen and I'm so happy I did! It looks so nice and matches our decor. The light bulbs I bought for this were the vintage LED Edison 60watt warm white and the bulbs are so unique it looks so nice in the light fixture. Very happy with this purchase!
