Slightly drying, but good at removing makeup, including eye makeup. These wipes are HUGE compared to most, and they smell and feel like baby wipes. They don't irritate my sensitive skin, aside from drying me out a bit, but I just moisturize afterwards. I have bought these cloths twice now. I really appreciate Vitamin C and it was why I wanted them in the first place. They are nice and big, and I feel like I am washing my face! Others have said that they dry out, but I have found that they are well moistened all the way to the end. My only complaint is that several times as I am going through the package, 2 or 3 towels come out of the package together and I must separate them and stuff the extras back into the package.
