I go between Glamnetic and Luxilla magnetic liner/lashes, as well as the Kiss Lash Glue Liner & lashes - and this is the only product that will actually remove all of the gunk and stickiness. Yes, I use two (one for each eye) and it takes about a minute or two each eye, but they are absolutely spotless after. It does feel a little oily/greasy after removal, so I just use my regular face wipe or face cleanser and go over the area to remove that feeling, I have sensitive skin (prone to redness and irritability), and *knock on wood*, I haven't had any issue with these. ... show more

These pads did NOTHING for my waterproof mascara. Not a smudge. CRYING or basic makeup wipe could’ve done better. For something marketed as eye makeup remover, that’s a pretty big fail. To make matters worse, they leave your eyelids feeling like you slathered them in Crisco. Greasier than any wipe I’ve tried, and not in a nourishing way—just straight-up pore-clogging. I wouldn’t be shocked if they caused those little sebum pearls. Pads are flimsy and paper-thin. Nice scent, sure, but that’s the only point in their favor. I love these things! I wear a lot of black eyeliner and black mascara, as well as eyeshadow primer. It smears all over my face if I start with a wet-wipe. I use these pads for removing eye make-up specifically. I usually need only one pad per eye, two max (one for liner, one for mascara). They leave a somewhat greasy film on your skin, but that's part of why they're so effective, the eyeliner just slides right off, and mascara is easily freed from the lash. I then use a face-wipe to clean any remaining oil (and now easy-to-remove eye make-up) off of my face. These are cheap, effective, and a now-integral part of my skincare routine. ... show more

Works ok to take off eye makeup its just a little scratchy and I feel like its really greasy. There doesnt seem to be any scent. You do get a lot of pad for your money and it is easy to use, but I just didn't feel like they were soft and thick wipes. They don't seem very moist and that may be that mine was bad. Not sure. I wear a very sticky glue for my false half lashes daily. I don’t like the harsher products, and I don’t want to scrub or pull the skin on and around my eyes. This was an excellent surprise. These are small pads, which is perfect for the glue and makeup around my eyes. It’s greasy for sure but the size and pad allow you to control the areas you wipe, no dripping. I personally would not use this on my whole face but I am so glad to have found something strong enough for my lash glue that is completely soft and easy on the skin around and on my eyes/lids. I bought these a long time ago and couldn't find them for years for some reason. I found them here on Amazon. They really take off all your make-up, including stubborn mascara, eyeshadow and eyeliner. I don't wear waterproof mascara, so I'm not sure about that. But, I will tell you that the pads are oily. If you don't mind oily removers, this is it. I only need one pad per eye. It is black when I'm done. Takes it all off, doesn't leave any trace of make-up whatsoever. I rub lightly until it's all off, you can turn it around and use the other side. After all my makeup is off my eyes, I wipe my eyes with a warm washcloth to get the oiliness off. That's it. These have an oily consistency and take a few pads to remove all of the eye makeup. It also leaves an oily film on and around my eyes. If you get the cleaner in your eyes, it burns too…and even sometimes with the oily cleanser on your eyelashes, it gets into your eyes and burns.
