A reviewer here complained that the powder is too chalky and doesn’t have any shine…This powder is matte, which is listed in the description, so no it’s not supposed to have any glitter or shine in it. This is a nice lightweight powder perfect for setting makeup. I use the translucent shade for setting under my eyes. It doesn’t cake or get into fine lines. A pretty good dupe for EL double wear compact makeup. It definitely covers, evens out skintone and helps pores appear smaller.
