I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this company because their customer service deserves 10 stars. In today's world, good customer service is almost nonexistent—but these folks went above and beyond. From the start, they responded to every email within 8 hours, even though they promised 24. My package got flagged by customs for inspection, and while Amazon told me to contact the shipper, I emailed them. Here's what they replied: “I’m sorry to hear about this shipping problem. I’ve contacted my shipping carrier and confirmed that the parcel is currently being randomly inspected by customs. I’ve asked them to expedite the process, which should be completed within 2–5 days. Since we used a door-to-door shipping method, you don’t need to handle customs or pay any duties. If there’s no update after a week, we’ll either resend the item or provide a full refund.” That alone impressed me—but it got better. I never even had to follow up. A week later, they proactively emailed me to let me know they had already shipped a replacement: “Hope you're doing well. Since the first package hasn't updated in a week, we’ve gone ahead and sent a replacement. Here's the tracking info: [Tracking Link] You don’t need to return the first package if it eventually arrives.” Sure enough, the next day the original package was released from customs—so I ended up with two sets! Honestly, I would’ve been happy to wait longer just because of how great their support was. Now, let’s talk about the product itself: This is hands down the best face pad system I’ve used for the Quest 3. It comes with three different pads, each high-quality and comfortable. All of the pads are comfortable, but the silicone one is my favorite (sold separately) but well worth the price. It blocks out all light and has a gap at the top that works perfectly with my BOBOVR S3 Pro Super Strap fan—keeping my face cool and fog-free with zero irritation. It’s also super easy to install and clean. You can choose between a completely light-blocked experience or remove the blockers for a more open feel. The build quality is excellent across the board. Between the incredible customer service and top-tier product quality, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

Received the item in good time, very quickly. Great customer service from provider too. There are many pros about this product. Can't think of a single con. The modular build of this product is fantastic. Very nice for getting the fit just right, especially if you wear glasses,or sharing the headset with other people. The magnetic feature makes swapping the interface so easy! No more unsettling cracking sounds removing or installing the interface. The base stays in the mask. Then you "build" on top of it. The set comes with multiple interface pieces, the part that touches your face. Each is made from a different material. The shape of this interface is ideal for halo style headstrap. It's low on the top so it doesn't interfere with headstrap when you're adjusting it. Also works great with the fan on the headstrap. I've shown this product to my husband and friends. Everyone has been impressed with it.
