I returned this product because I am 79 years old and did not feel it was high enough for me to get up and of it out safely. I paid $81.96 for the chaise and I returned the product and received a credit of $10.74. Apparently the return shipping was $71.22 which was deducted from purchase price and this is Amazon Policy??
