Only 2 of the 5 work. 3 have the "breather ball" stuck and won't allow any air to pass through. I cut one of the bad ones open to see if there was a fix and there is not - the bottom is crimped after the steel ball is inserted during production.... it's not serviceable.

As the title reads, only two out of the five work well enough, so this item gets two stars from me. Unfortunately the ones that work are the two colors I didn’t really care for, but function over form and since these will be hidden for my particular application, it’s not a dealbreaker.
