If you are thinking of buying this, buy it. The price is low, the quality is high. The soft touch feels amazing. The printed image quality on the faceplate is clear and clean cut. Everything fits perfectly. Nothing feels like it is aftermarket. It feels like a genuine Microsoft Manufactured faceplate and it very high quality. Now the only thing left is to see how the image holds up over time, but from my current experience so far, I have no concerns about longevity. 10/10 recommend.

All pieces arrived in good condition it was a perfect fit. So happy so soft and silly smooth now if they would release the matching buttons and back shell. If I were to have any grip the tool they send to take the faceplate off is very weak luckily I had a car bezel removal kit made it easy to get off

Exactly what I needed! My series 2 cracked along the edges, much like other peoples. Found this little gem, popped the old broken one off, and this one on, and it fits, feels, and looks perfect. Saved myself $100 by not purchasing a brand new controller. This puppy did the trick.

I got the Neon Tech Grafitti plate because the rubber was bubbling out and detaching from the original. I was surprised and impressed with the high quality material, fantastic texture, and the extras. The extras included a tool to open the controller safely and without damage, rings that go around the joysticks, and an insert for the profile lights. The last two also came with controller, but really nice they included replacements. I use a Turtle Beach audio adapter on the bottom of the controller & noticed it can get "unseated" (leaves a small gap), but can be pushed back into place. It's nothing major but I can't tell if it's the adapter starting to get loose or a thickness difference in the faceplate. The adapter didn't do this with the original plate, but no functionality was affected.
