You should read the description. You have to solder. Its very easy to solder. Hardest part is that it's small tiny wires. I wish I did this mod sooner.

The media could not be loaded. Not the easiest to install, but worth the effort. Make sure you use flux and put a blob of solder before the wire on the small pads.

This was hard to install, yet miraculously installed it correctly on the second time. However the right trigger mod absolutely does not sit like it's supposed to. Making for a soft and inconsistent button press. The trigger needs to be pulled in such a special angle making this mod almost unusable. I will be contacting the manufacturer for a refund or replacement. I am disappointed. Especially after how unsure I was about my soldering abilities only for the product to be faulty? Disappointed does not sum it up enough.

I've been using the eXtremeRate Clicky Hair Trigger Kit for my Xbox Series X controller for a few months now, and I must say, it initially provided a significant improvement to my gaming experience. Here are my thoughts: Installation: The installation process was straightforward, thanks to the detailed instructions and tools provided. However, be prepared to spend some time carefully disassembling your controller and following the steps closely. If you're not comfortable with DIY electronics, you might want to seek help or look up some tutorial videos online. Performance: The performance boost is where this kit truly shines. The clicky hair triggers provided a much more responsive feel compared to the standard triggers. The reduced travel distance for the LT and RT buttons was a game-changer, especially in fast-paced shooters where every millisecond counts. The trigger stops ensured that I could fire rapidly without having to fully depress the triggers, giving me a noticeable edge. Build Quality: The build quality of the kit initially seemed impressive. The components felt durable and well-made, and they integrated seamlessly with the controller. The clicky sound was satisfying and added a tactile feedback that enhanced the overall gaming experience. Longevity: Unfortunately, after a few months of use, the right trigger stopped making the clicking noise.
