Description

The UniPlow One-Box ATV Plow System has everything you need to get a plow on your ATV in ONE box: UniPlow blade, UniMount universal mount, and push tube assembly. The 50” UniPlow blade features a bolt-together design engineered for lighter duty applications, such as residential use. The UniMount universal mount allows UniPlow to fit most ATVs on the market. After the initial installation, the blade and push tube may be connected or disconnected from the ATV in a matter of seconds by way of the mount’s quick release design; just two pins and you’re on your way! Each blade is equipped with a one-piece replaceable wear bar that protects the bottom of your blade from undue damage. This "Plow in a Box" concept isn't new - but building it right is. We've taken the time to test and create the easiest most effective plow system on the market. Customers told us that they wanted a fully-assembled 50" plow blade and minimal install time. We listened! All Uni-Plow One-Box ATV Plow components are finished in durable black powder-coat and carry a one-year warranty.

  • Great Plow, Great Price, Well Worth it
Lets start out by saying I picked one of the worst winters to buy this bad boy, we had 3 storms that dropped more then a foot here in PA and countless other 3 inchers or more. I bought this before a storm in an attempt to make life a little easier then lugging a snow blower up and down the driveway for hours. I really bought to take care of the nuisance storms that put 4 or less inches down and were a real pain to use the snow blower in, since it took just as long to snow blow as to push a shovel around. This thing handled those and even took over 8 inches down during an overnighter. Now this will have trouble with anything more then that, so try to not let the storms get ahead of you, or you will be in a pickle. I also used this at a neighbors house who had a longer flat drive and when you pick up speed this thing could throw some snow, just set the blade angle and go. As far a the fitment to the ATV, this is where I was truly amazed. I used this on a small Bayou 220, and even though the frame was not big it still bolted right up. This is where they really thought this plow through, the mounting bracket has room to move the bolts to where the frame is, and comes with either U bolts for round frames or steel plates to sandwich the plate and bracket to the frame with bolts. once I got the brackets bolted with the U bolts and tightened it was not going anywhere. And because it has the quick release pins, taking the plow on and off is a snap, literally 2 minutes and you could change it. It is even easier if you have a winch to pull the plow up so it just hangs in place and you can just slide the pins in and you are off and running. After one really good season of use I would say this is the best universal plow you can probably get, especially on amazon with free 2 day shipping if your a prime member. As far as any wear and tear, the plow frame, angle adjust, and blade springs are all still in great shape and not showing any wear. The plow feet and wear bar did take a hit this season though, the feet wore out and broke apart, and I had to flip the wear bar. Both these things are supposed to wear on a plow though so it is no big deal, especially with how much I used it this winter. The feet we just welded a steel pieces as new feet, and I'm hoping they sell new wear bars, but if they don't all it is, is a 1/4 inch steel bar with bolt holes in it, I'll just fabricate a new one. If your on the fence I would have no issue backing this product in not only quality, but ingenuity. ... show more

  • Great plow works awesome and very durable and sturdy - be patient building it and be sure to get a winch
The plow is great and very sturdy and durable. It worked like a charm! It did take me about 5 hours over 2 day period to build and install it. While the plow itself is not that hard to build, the instructions were not extrodinarily descriptive and had a few small errors in them. Just watch all your bolts, other than the mount you have no extra bolts or washers at all so do not lose one. Also be sure you get a winch. I failed to read you needed one so after building it had to order a winch. Overall though works great, very sturdy and saved good money. Be calm and patient during the build once it is done you will be proud and happy. As said, if you are not at least somewhat "build" savy you may want to have a friend or neighbor help you. I know somewhat about building these things and have a BS degree but at times I had to walk away and breath a bit and come back later. You have to be able to analzye the picture and then know how to put it together as the instructions are decent but not the best. A couple times they have the wrong screw size mentioned but you can figure it out. Be patient and you will be very happy!! ... show more

  • Beats the shovel
For the price not a bad deal.... Leave everything loose as many suggested. Plan on needing sockets, wrenches(metric) and maybe a drill. Instructions are all but useless for most of this. Go find a picture of it assembled (attaching some here) Mounting in a 2016 Yamaha 700 Kodiak (or most Yamaha machines) is pretty easy. 26” from the front bumper there is usually a spot. I have 2 other machines and ir fit those as well so kudos on the mounting design. The skid plates on most of the higher end machines will require you to drill through the plastic to mount the receiver. No big deal but plan for that. Have fun with it. Light duty snow for this. After 30 years of experience using ATV plows I can tell you these are great tools but not for the pro moving feet of snow. Take small passes and you’ll be fine Suggestions - buy a set of chains for the rear tires and remove the mount in the spring or when you go climbing or muddin. I also like to leave the skid plate on to keep snow and debris out of the main cavity. ... show more

  • Sturdy and Useful
I bought this for a Yamaha 450 ATV. I am 53 yrs old and needed a plow for my long driveway. We have had a strong snow year so I am thankful I purchased this. The usefullness and quality met and exceeded my expecations. The steel/metal is strong enough heavy snow. The blade adjuster lets you adjust the angle 5 ways. I use a winch for the up/down movement and it works great. (the angle adjuster is a manual lever so u need to stop and reach down with your hand to move the lever to adjust the angle). I ahve used it in 6 inches of heavy snow and slush and the blade stayed sturdy throughout. The assembly is not for the faint of heart. There are a few places where the instructions/drawings could be clearer but through trial and error I made it through. It's all just scrweing bolts so don't let me worry you that major talent is necessary. there are about 20-40 screws/bolts you need to screw/attach and about 10-15 parts. For me, the value of quality and price and functionality gets the 5 star. ... show more
