Well, this worked. My doggy has since passed away but was incontinent in the past several months. After I bought this, there was another accident but nothing went through to the mattress. I washed it but it took about 6 cycles to dry given that it had to be dried on low temperature so it wouldn't melt. It was comfortable and plush and didn't make weird noises like some waterproof mattress pads do. I would recommend if you can devote almost a full day to drying it or buy 2 so one can be in the wash and the other on the bed. ... show more

I loved the one I ordered last year so decided to buy another one. This is nothing like the first one or the photos. Other than it’s gray. Has no padding and does not puff up at all. I don’t feel like returning but will not buy or recommend it anymore.
