It comes with no instructions. I had to figure it out. Not hard to figure out, but if just velcro is supposed to be enough to keep a 10-15lb cat from falling through to the lower floor when set up as a backpack, it's not enough. One of my cats is only 6lbs. I put her on top, and the floor collapsed into the lowery space immediately. This can't be right but again, there's no directions, no qr to scan to go to the web, so I have no idea if I'm doing this correctly. If so, then this does not work as a backpack workout self modification, in the form of making bracers to keep the floor from falling through to the bottom. I would have given it 5 stars because it's really cool, but I had to make my own divider modifications. Velcro just isn't doing the job. It would be helpful if it came with instructions on the correct way to put it together because I'm not sure if I did or not. ... show more

Just got this and it is cool but how do you keep the divider up when it is in backpack mode because it falls through when you put any weight on it. I don’t know if I am doing this right. It is amazing otherwise.

I purchased this double cat carrier after I had a wake up call about being prepared for emergency situations. Previously, I had no way to quickly get the cats out of the house in the event of a fire or other emergency. This carrier was easy to set up and seems to be quite sturdy. My cats are larger with one being 20lbs and very tall and long. They both fit well, though the larger one does not have room to stretch out. I like having zippered doors on both the sides and the top. One of my cats will happily go into a carrier at my request; however in case of an emergency, it would be quicker to put the other one in from above. The zippers clip together, so they can't accidentally slip open and release the cats. There are good pockets on the sides that I have filled with cat food, a bottle of water, and a flashlight. While large, the carrier isn't difficult to carry with either the hand straps, shoulder strap or backpack. The carrier is permanently set up in the bedroom ready to go and the cats love sleeping in it." ... show more

I saw this double back pack like cat Carrier and decided to buy it. I got it in the mail and it folds down so small I was skeptical! But when I unfolded it, it was so easy to pop open and put the 2 pads in and boom it’s ready! It’s so sturdy it doesn’t bend in with the weight of the cats! They were so comfortable and it’s so sturdy that they never once felt shaky even when wearing it! Which by the way is an awesome experience because of the straps like a hiking bag and the easiness of putting on and wearing it I give this 20stars if I could!
