This mattress replaced a thinner one I ordered off eBay which was very bouncy and not at all sturdy along the sides. This thicker mattress, however, is far superior in size and quality. It is quite firm, which is what we prefer, and very comfortable. It unboxed easily with just one person, and fluffed up in 2 days. There is no odor, and everything arrived in perfect time and condition. Would 100% recommend.

This mattress is exactly as described - extra firm, great support. Pretty tall - 14 inches, I am still getting used to it. It came compressed in the box; I followed instructions to expand it - it was a piece of cake. After you open the inner plastic wrap, it expands immediately. I could have used it right away, but I propped it up vertically for about 18 hours to allow for full expansion. Then set it on the bed - it was fully expanded and laid flat as expected. The mattress features plush top surface, but I added a mattress protector on the top. The grey stripey area on the mattress is the extra firm zone for shoulder / back/ hips. Excellent value for the money - I caught after-Christmas sale, great deal for a quality mattress like this. As far as the smell - I did not notice any, whether directly from the package or after expansion. Note - this mattress is heavy, invite a friend or two to help you set it up. I am happy with my purchase and looking forward to using it for years to come. If any issues, I will post updates here.

So far so great. Had a regular foam mattress that was very firm and started to sag on my partners side of the bed. Decided to get this hybrid due to it's stated cooling ability and the fact that it had foam, gel and springs. I have to say, the hybrid with the springs feels so much more comfortable than the straight memory foam. It's feels more like a traditional mattress yet still comes in a manageable sized box and expands like a foam mattress. I actually look forward to getting into bed now for once in a very long time.

We love this mattress. It is very comfortable and so much like a regular mattress we forget it came in a box. I especially like the reinforced edges as we were used to a memory foam mattress that sank if you sat on the edge. We have been very comfortable. If you want a memory foam mattress but like us need it to rebound better and be firmer this is the one!
